Wonderful public space owned and operated by Rother District Council. Well maintained, lawns were mowed, hedges tidy, very well looked after

Primary sports ground for Bexhill. East side is used for football and cricket and houses a grandstand, cricket pavilion and football pavilion. Home ground for Bexhill Utd FC and Bexhill Cricket Club. West side has 4 bowls greens which are available for public use, but are primarily used by the Bexhill Bowls Club who hold an annual open bowls tournament . The main ground is also used for 3 established annual events; carnival/fair, horse show and the Bexhill 100 Motor Show. Public toilets on site and on-road parking. Love the little memorial sites all over. Very relaxed atmosphere where you can go for walk through or sit in the sun!

Very nice park/recreation ground just close to the town in Bexhill On Sea. They do football, cricket & bowls here (free bowls lessons on a Saturday). It's ideal if you want a walk, a sit down, activity with your dog and it's open from early morning to late at night in the summer. There are toilets on the side where the bowling green is and these always seem to be very well kept.

Great classic car show held at this venue. Easy to access, lots of affordable street parking. Close to high street for that essential last minute dash to get affordable water! So close to the sea, so perfect for a beach side relax or stroll afterwards, and some great local fish and chip shops.

👍 It's the opposite side of the river that runs through Rye and looks across to Camber Sands. They have multiple look out points for bird watchers and photographers. You will need a long lense to really capture a good shot, more than 210mm ideally...

👍👍 Take a trip around the picturesque Manor Gardens, with wonderfully colourful plants and flowers. The ruins and remains of the original Manor House can be seen, built in the 13th Century.
