I recently transferred to this practice after not being satisfied with previous experiences at other dentists. The service and care I have received at Highfield Dental has been excellent. I have had multiple treatments over the past 6 months, including a root canal, and it has all been delivered with great care and understanding. My dentist, Uzma Patel, has been exceptional and her dedication has encouraged me to take a more positive attitude to my dental health. I would highly recommend the practice.

I have seen the dentist Biruntha for many years at a different practise. Caught up with her at Highfield Dental. She's absolutely as amazing as always, the whole team at Highfield Dental are friendly and welcoming.

I’ve always felt really nervous of going to the dentist, I’m not very good with needles or hands near my face or mouth. Went in due to toothache and saw Martina. Lovely experience and her lovely demeanour gave me a wonderful experience and all anxiety and nerves went, she explained everything step by step and I left very happily. Also I have found in past, in other medical settings the receptionists can be a bit blunt but the receptionists here are lovely always up for a conversation and make you feel welcome. Will always go back to this dentists.

I have had a very good experience at this practice. All treatment explained to me beforehand. Uzma Patel was very polite and efficient and her dental nurse was also excellent. Very happy with the result following treatment. Would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been using this practice for forty plus years. In fact my wife has been under their care since child hood. Of course in that time we have seen dentists come and go, and changes to the practice its self . The important thing is that what has not changed is the quality of treatment and care we have received, from past and present staff.

My first time at Highfield and I cannot praise them highly enough especially my dentist Biruntha, she is absolutely amazing. Just over two weeks ago through an accident I lost one of my bottom front teeth, I was desperate to get it fixed as I am singer and was singing in a Remembrance service held at The National Memorial Arboretum. Biruntha looked through her busy diary and managed to fit me in for three visits to clean my teeth and fit me up with a temporary denture. With so little time to work it was our only option, the biggest concern was that I would not be able to sing with it in, it fitted perfectly and was so well made that not only could I sing without any problems I will be keeping it. I cannot thank Biruntha and her staff enough.

I've been using this dental practice for years and have always found them to be professional, courteous and helpful. Having recently had some root canal work done, which I was dreading after hearing horror stories about how painful it can be, I can honestly say it was completely and utterly painless and was carried out with such care and attention. I also had a crown fitted to the tooth afterwards and it's been so carefully done, you would never know it's not a real tooth. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

My spouse and I have been patients of Highfield Dental for the past few years. The practice provides top quality service and Mr. Patel and his team are highly professional. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and efficient.

Despite regular brushing, low sugar diet etc. I have struggled with my teeth for pretty much my whole life. Previous dentists have been more on the critical side but Uzma at Highfield took the time to listen and offered practical advice and a solution to try that was affordable and straightforward. I was nervous but my Dentist, Martina, was very reassuring, calming and extremely thorough. Highfield is the best practice I have ever been to. All of the staff here are incredibly welcoming and put you at ease each and every time. Martina is my dentist and she was recommended to me by a colleague and I honestly have not stopped telling people how absolutely wonderful she is. Martina takes the time along with the rest of the team to put you at ease each time you visit, she treats you with dignity and respect and is open and honest every step of the way. I like that she takes the time at the beginning of every visit to check in, where others might not, and she continues to explain the steps of treatment throughout ensuring you know what to expect and ensure there are no surprises. Not only this but she keeps the mood light and the experience is sometimes funny which I’ve never had before. An added bonus is her humming and harmonising along to the radio. I used to dread every dentist visit but now part of me looks forward to going. I can’t thank all the staff here enough!

Umma was careful and efficient making sure I was comfortable at every stage of the dental work being done. Not having been to a dentist since before Covid I needed a deep clean, a filling and an extraction so I was somewhat hesitant but she put my mind totally at ease describing everything in detail before it happened. I’ve been coming to Highfield for many years and can’t recommend them highly enough. Even though I’ve moved out of the area I’ll still come back to them. If you have any fear of the dentist give them a try, they’re all lovely. I’ve just completed a course of Invisalign with Uzma and the transformation to my teeth is amazing. First time visit as I’m new to the area. Had a lovely experience. Both reception ladies were friendly and helpful and the dentist was brilliant and friendly. Lovely clean offices too. Excellent team.

Martina is very professional and caring. I had a funny turn during my appointment and both Martina and the nurse made sure I was well looked after. Thank you to both of them for making me feel at ease.

I really appreciate the care and attention given to explaining the results of routine checkups, tips regarding sustaining healthy teeth and gums and, should any work need doing, what is being done at every step of the process. All staff are very friendly and efficient and the practice is conveniently located for me and has good facilities. Appointments are always timely and I particularly like the use of modern technology so I can instantly see results (photos, X-rays, etc) on screen for full transparency.

Had appointment with Claire my hygienist. Lovely lady gave me advice on how To do the necessary procedures against receding gums. Very approachable and Understanding. I will now be attending every three months. Would definitely recommend her.

I’ve been visiting Highfield dental in the past ten years and been very happy with the care they provided. What I want to mention specifically is the treatments and care I received from Dr Patel this year after my cycling accident. My front and upper right teeth were badly damaged. Throughout the six months period Dr Patel had patiently treated each issue and explained various options professionally. I’ve had root canals, crown and veneer treatments which all performed thoroughly and to the top standard. I am grateful that I’ve such a reliable and trustworthy dentist while my teeth needed urgent attention. I will not hesitate to recommend Highfield Dental to anyone looking for a professional and friendly dental practise.

I have been attending Highfield Dental since 1969. I have always received very good treatment and service. My family also attended many years ago, but have moved on. I have a fairly long journey to make to Orpington but I feel it’s worth making the effort. Hoping I can continue to come in my twilight years!!! Thank you Highfield Team.
