Fantastic facilities for a hotel in this price range. I come here regularly for the sauna and plunge pool, and a great additional benefit is the use of a very well equipped local gym. Uxbridge Town centre and shopping mall is a 5 minute drive away and there's plenty to keep you entertained there.

I stayed at this hotel for my sister's graduation. The beds were comfortable, they had a fan which was perfect in this heat. The room was very clean and bathroom was fine. I had access to the spa and it was really relaxing. I forgot my phone charger and scarf and they called me to collect it! This was very sweet of them. Staff are friendly, highly recommend.

We arrived at the hotel last Friday and we were welcomed by the receptionist. Breakfast was not included in the booking but that was okay. On a positive note, the room was warm and bed was comfy. However, even though we booked the hotel for 4 nights - 5 days, we had to request the receptionist in order to get the room cleaned and to be given clean towels. Also they did not supply us with new toilet paper rolls since the day we checked in. We were shocked to realise how far we were from London's center (spend quite a lot of money everyday to get ourselves in the center and to the airport) but asked whether we can be able to enter the hotel even after the reception has closed. They said that scanning our card we could. The worst experience was the day before we checked out; we attended a big concert in central London and due to various delays we reached our area at around 2:00 in the morning to find out that the gates to the hotel were locked!! . We tried jumping over the gate even though was risky and we found the second gate locked as well and was higher than the first. We tried calling the reception but no one was picking. We had to climb up the first gate once again and walk in the middle of the night putting ourselves to risk (2 girls alone at nearly 3 o clock in the morning) to go around to be able to find another way in. That was a horrible experience and as tourists we expected to have been informed prior. We mentioned it to the hotel at checkout and the only thing the receptionist said was "I'm sorry about that" without a single bit of empathy. We would have preferred to pay more in order to feel safe and have a reliable service. Not satisfied at all. Not recommended.

Ok for the price, clean, tidy, semi-comfortable but small rooms & you are basically staying on a university campus. Reception staff were polite but seem to struggle to grasp anything a bit challenging which ended up with us not having access to our room at 1am, so had. To wait for security to let us in when we were cold & tired.

Would be a decent hotel with Air con in rooms for the summer. Window opens but still too stuffy. More options needed for vegetarian breakfast. Car parking for free was useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if they started including breakfast within the price. Premier Inn has much better spread for the buffet plus kids under 5 eat free.

Small student accomodation style rooms in what was perhaps a student block. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, don't expect the Ritz. I'm not a big person and the shower was cramped for me. Breakfast was not great. It is cheap though and in a good location for London or if you're visiting the campus.

This is a very convenient place to stay if you are at Brunel. It’s not luxurious but everything works well, there is a decent restaurant, and the staff is nice. Good value for money overall. I personally wasn’t too fond of the small windows, and the wifi connection process was rather impossible (just use your phone as hotspot), but those are minor issues.

Ideally located for a early flight from Heathrow. Rooms were clean and tidy and plenty of parking. Staff super friendly on check in and out. Highly recommended.

This is a student accommodation block with the word "Hotel" written outside. Its OK if you are on a budget. The weird "form before function" windows are horrible. Might look interesting from outside but quite depressing when you open the curtain and find mostly wall! No headboard on the bed. The wall is covered in greasy marks from previous guests. In one way they cater for budget customers but there's only the buffet breakfast at Β£13.

A little confusing on arrival regarding parking and location of entrance. Friendly staff Lovely spacious rooms, very comfortable and clean, but lacked air conditioning Spa facilities not great, very small, all bot working when we stayed, have a booking system for use Have feedback to hotel, so hopefully will address the issues raised, but in general it was ok, just not worth Β£100 a night

Excellent place to be. Very neat, quiet neighbourhood, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing lacking in the room was air-conditioner. Every other thing was topnotch.

Quite basic hotel in an half decent location. Friendly girl on reception. Less friendly in the bar. Would come back if in the area.
