Lorraines friendly yet professional manner made me feel relaxed and confident in the treatment given. Lorraine explained everything in detail both before and during the visit. I would thoroughly recommend this small, intimate clinic.

Had my first facial and didn't realise how good it was going to be. Was well looked after really well, went through some of the science and then had a very relaxing time of it - I even nodded off. But my skin felt great afterwards and with the samples I have continued to take care afterwards. I will be booking again soon and I will be buying the recommended lotions to compliment the regular visits.

Just had my first facial with Lorraine. My skin feels lovely and I am so relaxed. I had a 15 min consultation beforehand which was really helpful and there was NO big sell push which I’ve had at other salons/beauticians before. All-in-all, I am really happy with my treatment and have already booked my next one. Definitely recommend Lorraine.

I visited Lorraine due to an issue with milia by my eye. She was able to remove this for me in less than 45 minutes, the calming music being played whist I had this done definitely helped me relax. Lorraine also helped with providing me with advice on eye creams I should be using. Would definitely recommend Lorraine she is so lovely and very knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Lorraine since October and have had an absolutely amazing experience with her. The treatment room is lovely and very relaxing, and the environment is perfect to wind down for a skin treatment! I had a very helpful skin consultation with Lorraine last week. I was getting very confused trying to research on the net what routine would be best for my skin and Lorraine has helped me to understand the needs of my skin and advised me on the products I should be using. Lorraine is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She took time explaining things to me and was attentive and understanding. I would certainly recommend.

At 52 I thought I knew about good skin care, I even applied serums and night cream! This summer however, my skin told me otherwise. I developed spots and sensitivity on my cheeks and chin, and found I wasn’t able to tolerate my usual products. Nothing seemed to improve, in fact it became worse. Lorraine was recommended to me by my daughter who had been successfully treated for a different issue. In desperation I booked an appointment. Lorraine reassured me this was something she could help with. After a thorough consultation, Lorraine recommended several products for me to try whilst phasing out some of my usual ones. Lorraine booked me in for a facial a few weeks later and a review. Lorraine is fantastic! She really makes you feel comfortable and listens. She is really, really knowledgeable and good at explaining what is happening to your skin and more importantly what can be done to help! As for her facials - best I've ever had.
