I have been here regularly due to my cancer affecting my teeth. The service is second to none. I would especially recommend Clive Brazier who has gone out of his way to be empathic and professional. Customer care comes first, making a buck second. The reception staff are also so helpful, professional and caring. My mother has now switched to these dentists after hearing how well they have treated me. It's a 30 mile round trip for me, but worth it. I have been a customer of Clive I should think for 15 - 20 years. He also does the least painful numbing injections I have ever known. So a big thumbs up from me.

I have been a patient at this practice for 37 years, I have always found the receptionists extremely helpful and always friendly. My dentist Sasha is lovely, she explains everything in detail, and is a great dentist, Amanda the nurse is also lovely. All my family are also at the practice. So a big thank you to everyone.

Not many people like going to the dentist but I can honestly say this practice is great. I am always put at ease & very comfortable. Both by Marcella the hygienist & Kanal (apologies for spelling) so easy to discuss ways going forward if you have problems, no pressure whatsoever. So good with children , very patient (my grandchildren attend this practice too) I can recommend this practice.

Getting an appointment is relatively quick thus reassuring when a problem arises. Dr Shah has an excellent chair side manner. Able to put you at ease despite procedures! His work is exemplary & I am very confident in his professionalism & expertise. Receptionists are helpful & friendly.

Always an excellent experience. Very accommodating to patients wants and needs. Feels like they really care about patients. A very organised establishment, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes after arriving before being in the chair. Special mention to Sasha who not only did a challenging wisdom tooth extraction that took half an hour longer than expected (my weird tooth’s fault not hers) but also did two fillings for me, always friendly and professional and would highly recommend anyone who is seeking a new dentist.

I rang White Oak Dental practice to ask if they could fit me in for an emergency consultation as I could not get an appointment to see my own dentist. They were able to give me an appointment the same day. I found their service friendly, professional and the premises were tidy and clean with good parking access. The dentist explained everything in detail, gave me options and I felt under no pressure to make a decision. One downside is that they do not take on NHS patients but felt first impressions compensated this fact and will be back for my treatment.

Brilliant dentist, have been here for as long as I can remember, now I bring my own kids and wouldn't go anywhere else. Kunal and Clive are both excellent, Kunal put my kids at ease when they had their first visit, making them much more relaxed about their next. Couldn't fault it. Thank you!

Amazing service. Rang up as a new customer they added me to their practice instantly and managed to fit me in for an appointment that day and even worked around my work too! When I got there lovely customer service and then when I entered the room the dentist and staff were just great from start to finish. Kept me updated all the way through and explained everything as it was happening. Even had a follow up phone call today checking that I felt ok after my procedure. Amazing

I've been attending this practice for 36 years which I think bears witness in itself of my satisfaction! I have always found all the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful and haven't experienced any pressure to have extra work done, which has happened to friends at other practices. They have always been accommodating in fitting me in when there's been an emergency, for which I am most grateful.

Amazing care and service from these wonderful people! I was a new very anxious customer with a broken tooth - all I can say is how wonderful all of the staff were. From Julie who reassured me on the initial phone call to Clive the dentist - they took care of me and helped me overcome my fear. They took the time to explain everything and really understood my anxiety - honestly I can’t say enough. They even called the next day to check up on me to make sure I was ok - that is 5 star care! I am certainly their patient for life (and I’ve just registered my children too) - I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much 🙂

I received a friendly welcome when I arrived for my appointments today, and then seated myself in a warm waiting room to wait the few minutes until my appointment time. I found the experience friendly and reassuring. The advice was good, and the thorough check-up left me reassured. After my appointment with the dentist, I was seen by the hygienist a few minutes later - again friendly and efficient. Would I go again - well, yes! I've been going there for years and am very happy with the service, so of course I will.

This has been my only ever dental practice - over 50 years now. I've even moved out of the area but still travel back 2 hours to see them. They have the most amazing staff and dentists, particularly Clive, who make you feel at ease and explain things clearly. The receptionists are always helpful and polite. They will always squeeze you in for an emergency but never suggest treatment that isn't necessary. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I rang the surgery on Monday and got an appointment with Kunal for Wednesday. He is so patient and caring and discussed my treatment options with me. My husband and I have been going there for 15 years and my family now go there too. He’s very good with the grandchildren and they enjoy going!

Imagine waking up during the night with awful toothache knowing that you are going away the next day for Christmas. I went to the surgery as it opened to see if they could fit me in. They did and diagnosed an infected root canal. I was given a full explanation as to the cause and the options for treatment. I came away with antibiotics and the peace of mind that I will get through Christmas with little or no pain. Fantastic service by both the dentist and reception staff. This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I would highly recommend It.
