Absolutely brilliant, so kind and caring. I haven’t had my hair cut in years but after turning forty I fancied a new year , new me. From consultation, head massage, hair cut to the end I felt so comfortable in her care , chatting about life and living. Thank you so much for boosting my confidence, and giving me a lovely new look. I got a choppy bob with a fringe after long hair I’d always tie in a top messy bun all the time. I’m definitely going back for a trim and will book with this hairdresser again and again. This was my first time at Hair Movement and with Lucy. In my many years of having haircuts few of them has been as thorough as the visit. At the beginning of my visit we sat and chatted about options for my hair - I was looking for a change - and she listened to the things I don't like and the things I do and took interest in the photos of the good and bad haircuts I have had. Together we came up with a plan and Lucy set about washing and cutting my hair. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit, we had a good chat and she gave me some tips on how to look after my hair going forward. I was beaming by the end of it all. Definitely going to go back.

The whole customer experience is flawless. All staff are very attentive and welcoming. Love the idea of a hot drinks and cookie menu. A warm, welcoming touch! Kim was amazing- very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered great advice on hair maintenance and guidance on the perfect cut for me. Looking forward to booking my next appointment.

Emma was brilliant. She took time to understand what I was after and her own expert advice when I asked for it. I am so happy with my gorgeous cut and the whole experience with Emma at the Hair Movement. I have never had a consistent hair dresser and never pre-book appointments in advance, but I enjoyed it so much I have booked in for my next one already. A great way to start my day!

Emma is brilliant. She understands my garbled notes on what I'm looking for and creates what I wanted. She is professional and helpful. All members of staff make me feel welcome and valued.

Amazing service. I was a bit nervous about the experience as a guy who only goes to barbers. The space is relaxing and the drinks offering is welcoming. Vicki was great at explaining how and why my hair ideas would or wouldn’t work and was super friendly. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and service and will be back for my next appointment soon.
