The Universe isn’t big enough to measure how friendly and knowledgeable the people at Krazy Horse are, especially for a newbie big-bike rider like myself – the time, the sheer grief and the money they’ve saved me has been nothing but a God send. They persuaded me to get off the HD-custom reservation for life on an Indian Scout 60, been very happy ever since. Regret not going to Krazy Horse much earlier, but you live and learn, right?

I went in this place to check it and browse around. This place was a treasure. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, great stock on clothing and amazing bikes. Ask anyone and they’re all happy to help you and solve your query. They also have some amazing kit which is pricey but great quality. Unfortunately when I went there the coffee shop was closed due to pandemic. Anyhow I’ll be definitely returning to this gem and buy some kit.

Just purchased a Indian Scout from Crazy Horse in Welling, and I got to say, what a fantastic experience it was. I dealt with Rebecca from the start who was amazing. She was really knowledgable, friendly and super efficient. An absolute asset to the company and I hope they appreciate her. Everyone else I came into contact with where brilliant too. A great company with old fashioned levels of customer service that I thought had long since disappeared.

Well what can I say? Found me the perfect bike after only 3 days of enquiring, took mine in as a very fair px and the handover was within the week! Great service from Paul, Rebecca and Ben. Thoroughly recommend them.

Had a great experience at Krazy Horse London. I went to check out the awesome Fantic Caballero and was met with a smile and a big hello as I walked through the door from the brilliant Rebecca. Bike shops can be intimidating, surly places, but she put me at ease immediately. We chatted for a good half hour and I put a deposit down on a stunning Deluxe 500. Couldn't have been happier with the experience. Rebecca kept me in the loop as I awaited delivery of the bike and handled everything professionally and efficiently (with lots of laughs along the way). Bought my first bike from the team at Krazy horse London, Rebecca and the team were amazing! They were friendly, informative, passionate and so easy to get on with. Nothing was too much of a hassle for them and the whole experience was a pleasure. I will definitely be returning and recommending them!

Buying experience was brilliant. The salesman (that's no longer there) was friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a FTR Carbon. Salesman worked with my needs and advised me well on the accessories extras that I have fitted. Collection of my FTR went really well. I later contacted the aftersales dept, and it was very different experience. I went in for the first running in service and asked about extra accessories. They said that they would let me know. Didn't hear back from them. I later on called to book in the recall on the bike and possibly get some accessories fitted. They couldn't give me a time to book the recall in or get the accessory fitted. Still didn't hear back from them. A few months later I called to book the bike for 1st service and asked if I could get the recall done at the same time. Not a problem. Wish they contacted me earlier that they could start doing the recall. Still no information on the accessory wanted. Bike went in dirty as they don't collect bikes and had to ride in the rain. . I collected the bike also dirty. Not cleaned. At this point gave up asking about the extra accessories as I found another dealer kept them in stock and available. As soon I got home I cleaned my bike and noticed that some bolts hadn't been tightened and wiring loom was showing and not put back correctly. These are items that I know were taken off for the recall and service. I called them straight away informing them about what I found. They didn't seam interested. A few months later I had to remove the rear seat cowl and noticed that the securing bolts for the rear seat handles were loose. I know that this was removed when the service was last done. What else am I going to find. I have lost faith in their workshop /aftersales dept. Indian sell themselves as a premium brand. This garage doesn't. I recommend buying from them BUT avoid aftersales.

Absolutely great experience searching for and buying a new motorbike through Krazy Horse. I road tested a few bikes with different dealers during November/December but I can say that the service, support and communication from Krazy Horse was fantastic. Just purchased this beauty from Krazy Horse in Welling and it's a blast to ride! Massive thanks to Rebecca and the team at Krazy Horse. Rebecca was great from the first conversation we had, answering all of my questions with both knowledge and humour, and making sure all was in place before the big day of collection. On the morning of collection, Rebecca was very thorough in both going through the paperwork and introducing me to the finer points of the Fantic Caballero Explorer itself, before I rode off for my first big adventure. Would thoroughly recommend a visit to the shop as they have a great selection of motorcycles, clothing and accessories and they're great people to chat to.
