Beautifully restored 17th century hotel, the staff were attentive without being invasive, the hotel was absolutely spotless throughout the stay. Each morning the staff cleaned the rooms to a high standard and gave fresh towels, replenished anything that had been used and left the room looking like you'd just checked in. Everything you could want was provided, plenty of soft towels, lovely bedding, a fan and hairdryer with a lovely vanity table, Freeview TV, the bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of pillows to get yourself settled. If you plan on staying near to Bexley village then I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, just be careful of low ceilings if you're tall, but it genuinely does add to the charm of this hotel.

A nice quaint hotel in the heart of Bexley that offers very modest rooms. The room was quite comfy, and d bed was very soft and cute(though small). Overall, it was a good hotel to stay.

The hotel is very poor, rooms are small and not only small, they are very small so that you cant really use the bed to sleep or even to turn on the other side. The room was not tidy at all and old enough that you smells the bad smell of the carpet. I would say, there are many different possibilities with other hotels in the area with better rates and better rooms. The man at the reception was not kind enough to let me check out at 1:00 pm and asked to pay for 20 Pounds, this is not fair for such service. I will never uses this hotel anymore. Staff were really not good.

Stayed for one night in room 4. Comfortable bed, tv in room. Coffee making facilities. Good shower. Nice big room. Very clean. Parking for the hotel is off site and needs to be paid for, but was not an issue. Check in and out was simple and Nina on reception was helpful. Would certainly stay again

We arrived to find the bed was a mattress on the floor it seemed the legs had broken so they just took them off when they should have at least tried to have made some hooks out them because there wasn't a hook or hanger to be found you couldn't hang your coat up never mind your clothes, the toilet seat was loose and sliding about all over the place and had to be refixed by me not pleasant at all, the sliding doors on the tiny shower hadn't slid anywhere in many a day so if you were small enough to fit in there you had to physically wrestle them open and closed, it was almost like a couple of hippies had found some white paint and old furniture down the tip and decided to do their room up in their squat hence the reason that on our second night we decided better of it grabbed our bags and headed home

Excellent communication from friendly hotel staff. Easy check in. Clean, well present en-suite room. Will definitely recommend and stay again if need arises. Great central location for food and entertainment. Train station just around corner.

Had an amazing long stay at this hotel! Rooms are cleaned to perfection and give such a modern yet homely atmosphere. Both owners are very attentive to any needs. Nina especially provided customer service better than any 5 star hotels I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend this place, will be back soon!

Nice hotel, but never anyone on reception. Room was very basic but comfortable. Fantastic location. Less than five minutes walk to train station. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I spent four nights here last weekend while visiting family and I really enjoyed my stay. The room and en suite bathroom were clean and had nice decorative touches. The bed was a good size and cosy with an additional blanket if needed and plenty of pillows. There was a kettle and tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits plus water glasses and wineglasses for two. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. A folding suitcase stand, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and fan. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and a shower cap. Soft towels and bath mat. The shower worked well and the drain wasn't clogged with hair, like many hotel showers I've used. When I requested a desk so that I could do some work, it was brought to my room straightaway. (There was a lovely dressing table in the room already but it wasn't suitable for a laptop). The WiFi connection was fine. The TV worked well. Plenty of sockets. The staff was easy going and friendly. As promised, I got discounts on food when I ate at places in the village (and there are many, many places to eat and drink in Bexley!) The room was located to the side of the historic building and it was remarkably quiet, despite the busy high street out the front. All in all, this is a great place to stay. I will stay here again. Thank you!

Fabulous place, don't know why we haven't stayed before. Room was immaculate and large. The secondary glazing meant we couldn't hear any road noise so even though we were in the middle of the village we had a very sound night sleep. No parking on site but the station car park is about 30 seconds walk away and only 1.50 for the day so absolutely no trouble. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. They have organised discounts at local places which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in the Bexley village hotel. Nice hotel well presented but room bit on the small side but comfortable. But a little close to the train traffic. We were informed of several restaurants that apparently did deals for guests but on asking the restaurants weren't aware of the deals. Worth bearing in mind this hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Overall a good stay

The staff were all very friendly (especially the cleaner!). The room was cozy, but the fire alarm going off at dawn was a bit disconcerting.

Booked in directly with Lucky, the owner. He was not on site when I checked in but he had texted me prior to my arrival, simple instructions for accessing keys and self check in. If budget is limited, this accommodation is excellent: clean and simple. As a business traveller, it ticked the boxes for me. Clean room, TV, comfortable bed and a good shower. Checking out in the morning, I met Lucky's wife who was lovely. Food is not served but they will tell you the nearby restaurants, where if you show your room key, you receive a 10-25% discount off the bill. For breakfast, I can strongly recommend Village Bagels directly facing, which I don't think is currently on the discount scheme but still great value for money. No parking but a couple of minutes walk away, there is a large carpark, which charges £9.50 for 24 hours on the Ringo App. Less for upto 4 hours. Short walk to railway station, if not using a car. All round, I give this excellent accommodation, 5 stars.
