    Very bad customer service and the manager is very rude! Does not care about customers and will ruin your day with their disgraceful attitude! Must only hire people with awful personalities like herself.

    Went a few days ago with my fiancè to buy a gift for his sister. Told the employee attending us to pack it into a gift wrap, she just wrapped it like a burrito and taped it with clear tape 😆😆 she asked us if we wanted a gift receipt and we said yes. His sister got the gift today and we found out the price tag was still on. Giving two star because of that since the whole point of getting it gift wrapped and getting a gift receipt was to have the price tag taken off.

    Awful customer service. I came in, had an unfriendly look from a woman from the staff (who definitely was there standing by the entrance door to help customers). I started to look for my sizes and choose jeans in order to try. No help was offered even though the shop was almost empty. The staff was busy doing nothing or putting jeans in piles. When I headed to the fitting room I found it closed. I came to the staff and asked where I can try the jeans. The answer was “unfortunately nowhere”. I stood there with the pile of jeans of a couple of seconds and wasn’t even offered to take them off me. “I guess I can leave them here”, I said. “Okay then” was the answer. Sometimes I am surprised by the contrast of the customer service you can get in two shops (from the same segment) situated next door. And I am definitely surprised by the poor customer service in Guess.

    I’m very upset and stressed about my experience and definitely won’t be going again. I went to buy a bag I have been wanting for a while and the women at the till decided to give me the one on display. I didn’t think much of it until I arrived home and saw the material shredding at the corner of the bag. Because i spent my money on the bag i obviously want the quality to be at it’s best, and it certainly wasn’t. The women didn’t even bother to take the security tag off, and trying to take it off myself would damage the bag. Due to these reasons i wanted to return it and replace it with a new one, In which a member of staff told me she was able to handle, and that there was one left they were able to replace the bag with. I was told to come the next day only for them to waste my time and tell me there were no more bags left and the member of staff I spoke to didn’t come in. I felt my issues were not being prioritised and they seemed to show a lack of interest in helping me .

    I went this morning to rerun an item which was not fitting me adequately and I was treated like a liar. The cash desk employee treated me with disrespect by insisting that I wore the shorts only because the label was in the pocket of the shorts. I just feel that my rights were not respected. I am planning to go back to the store and insist that they return my money back. They send me to Regent street store for the refund although first I bought the item in their store, then I exchanged them in Reagent street because was not fitting me properly and they still don’t fit well so I wanted the refund. It’s the worst customer service I have ever received. I regret immensely spending in this store over £260 because they don’t have a clue how to treat the customers.

    Went in store today, felt really bad for a staff member folding clothes on the over stack display tables because one of the customers knock some on the floor. Due to feeling unwell I couldn’t even help. Anyway I went to find my 12 year old daughter at the back of the store to see if she had found something for Christmas. Only to notice I was being followed by a member of staff who was also folding clothes at the front of the store. She then started barking to other staff members to do this and that...which I felt was rude, then one staff member asked her a question. She then said something like “ i’m watching a that black lady at the moment then one by one they looked at me not realising I had over heard. I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine. I stayed put and watched her every move every now and then she would look at me or pretend so was doing something, she then disappeared to the changing rooms... only when I looked in I noticed she was now watching me from the mirrors, she backed out of view, but now saying something to a another member of staff, who also looked at me. (I was still standing in the same spot) the staff member then came out decided not to look at me again, she walk back to the front of the store to continue folding clothes. I decided never to spend a single penny in that store ever again. Now I know they have a job to do, but to make a genuine customer like me feel like I don’t belong in the store by following me disgusting. I think she was the manager too... if so she needs some training. She went about it the wrong way... I hope why she was watching me and mentioning it to her staff... a shopper/s walked out with there stock.

    One of the best Uk Leading Brand. You can find multiple choices, like trouser, jackets, tops, bags and many more. Shop floor looks really tidy and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended friends, family and colleagues.

    Bought the loveliest, most comfortable pair of shoes here, very happy with the quality of specific products. Hiwever, the fitting room assistant is so rude, it's unbelievable. Awful! She acts like every person who walks into the store is there to steal or something. The way she talked to me was extremely unprofessional and rude! This shop has so much potential, unfortunately there are a few rotten apples within staff members.

    My husband and visited the store at Westfield Stratford centre. The store is small with a limited selection. Whatever limited selection they had there was good. The handbags are designed for going out and for work. They are crafted beautifully. The shoes are well made, classy and practical. My husband and I liked a small Guess bag for me but they didn’t have it in black. He went back another day and the staff member there searched and searched the storeroom until she could find a black version of the bag. The staff at this store are truly lovely, polite and friendly. My little handbag is absolutely beautiful. This is my first Guess bag. I usually go for slightly higher brands but I love this bag. It’s just perfect.

    I buy coats all the time and have never had it frayed in the way the one I bought has. Yes it was a while ago but they have completely messed me around and wasted my time. Unfortunately I spoke to two colleagues previous to today and they said bring in the receipt or your statement and they should be able to do something. I showed them the product and explained it was a while ago I bought it. The lady manager I spoke to today said 'it's just wear and tear... Whether you have had it 8 years or longer it happens.' I've bought £30 coats from the market and they are still in tact! She should have offered somehting with the price I paid of £155, and the product looking like I was attacked by cats, litterally! No sympathy or compensation whatsoever, simply ignorant. She finally said maybe it's the material because it's not real leather and that's about it. So if you think you are spending more on a quality product I don't think you'll be satisfied with it long term, it won't last! First guess item I have spent that much on and definitely the last.

    I love this brand and buy frequently from them. I went into the Startford store for particular pair of trousers which I saw online and wanted to buy, but my size was sold out. I did found the trousers in this branch which surprised me a lot hence I was about to buy them from a German website. I was very disappointed to see so many people there pulling out clothes and throw them everywhere without any concerns. Apparently they had up to 60% sales which attracted everyone in their store. I am aware that the brand is not boutique, however, seeing that made it look less special than what usually it's always been in my opinion. There wasn't good selection of jeans at all. They had anything, but jeans. I did wanted to buy more items but I was very disappointed to see that madness there,it looked like you are in Primark,or something similar. The staff were very friendly considering the pressure they must have felt to work in this havoc.

    Disgusting Customer Service from this store!! AVOID AVOID AVIOD!!! No stars if this was allowed... Young girl assistants in little belly tops/crop tops.. Staff don't understand shoe sizes isn't this standard practice to work in a shoe store, the Manager has no manners at all. Worst of all was the till assistant.. The shoe I was buying was a sale display last pair! display one was obviously worn a little and dirty so I asked for an additional 10% dsicount (this is normal practice) manager stated she would clean it! instead of the correct practice taking them to the back to clean, she prceeded to clean at the till.. then only offered 5% I accepted this. The till assisitant proceeded to "TELL" me that there will be no refund or exchange.. she obviously doesn't understand Consumer Rights. I expalined that if the shoe was faulty I have the right to a refund or exchange.. The girl caused an argument in front of other customers being so rude telling me "I told you already there is no refund or exchange" of course I argued back. The area manager really needs to look at the staff being employed. Never have I experienced such rude behaviour from a store. By reading the other reviews seems a repeated performance at this store...
