An absolutely fantastic place. The quality is second to none. But the thing that I loved the most was the customer service. We walked in, soaked from a torrential downpour they, immediately handed us towels so we could dry ourselves and mum off. They offered us help getting mum comfy as shes in a large wheel chair. We didn't feel rushed. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. A cracking little place. Brilliant staff.

Very friendly staff, good food and good value. Only called in for a couple of slices of toast and a cuppa, ended up having a lovely BLT and a lemon curd cake!! Will definitely go again.

1st time in here my wife booked it for our anniversary afternoon tea sandwiches where fresh and very tasty bun cake and scone all freshly baked and delicious will definitely visit again

We purchased groupin vouchers for afternoon tea and were really happy with the experience. Food was excellent , plenty to eat ,well presented and tasty. The cups saucers and plates are pretty and delicate , it's tea and coffee included and we went for glass of prossseco option. This was a large glass too. The bistro is frwash and modern , spotless clean . Lovely decorations and ornaments around the building. Light and airy . The staff were all really helpful and friendly . Great way for a family to celebrate a birthday .

Visited at lunchtime for first time today, lovely welcome on arrival. Tables spaced out so all covid safe. All the staff were extremely pleasant & attentive. Food was very well presented & very tasty. Prices very reasonable. I will be visiting again, already recommended. Keep up the excellent work.

We visited for breakfast this morning after a local walk with our daughter and the dog. The staff were so accommodating and opened up the outdoor seating area for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was wonderful. I had a small traditional breakfast which was actually very filling, and my daughter had the kids pancakes and loved them. We’ll definitely be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent steak meal which we all enjoyed. However the Eaton mess that we had was not that. It was just chopped strawberries, cream with a little meringue.

I visited this morning for breakfast with my niece. I would highly recommend it. Friendly staff , good food and a wide range of options to choose from on the menu. There were plenty of delicious cakes to purchase and other pantry products. I definitely will be visiting again.

Friendly staff with a very pleasant coffee house. I was alone and felt very comfortable sitting inside. Lovely scone and meals I saw looked very nice. It was recommended to myself and I was not disappointed and will return.

Went today with my 2 children. Excellent service all round and delicious food and cakes. Lots of choice aswell. Give them a visit you wont be disappointed.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful meal here. The service was great and the food was beautiful, it can get busy at times as to be expected by a well run business. However I wouldn't like to think I was dining with a baby as the highchairs could have done with a clean. Overall would go again and would recommend the food to anyone.

Updated review after many years. Still the best spot in Swinton. Amazing food and drinks, the coffee and cakes stand out for me, but we've never had anything other than wonderful food here.

Hired this venue for a baby shower for my daughter and it was fantastic. The staff were so helpful nothing was to much trouble. Helped with set up and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fabulous everyone commented on how good it was. Plenty of food in fact they gave us boxes to take some home as there was that much left. The cocktails are so good and we could not believe the price, very reasonable. We would not hesitate to use this venue again for a family celebration. Thank you one again to all of you. Xx

Lovely breakfast. Husband had eggs florentine & he hasn't shut up about it since. Staff are all friendly & helpful. Would love to go to one of their drag events but with a new baby I don't get the luxury 🤣.

We booked on Groupon for a steak dinner for 2 , we are always a bit apprehensive as to what it will be like due the price of the deal, when we do this. But we were really impressed with the melt in your mouth steak, the crunchy onion rings and tasty chips, washed down with a reasonable red wine all included in the price, will definitely be back, in fact we re booked on our way home.

Went for breakfast this morning. We booked a table and when we did explined that two out of the party of four are Dairy Free (Vegan), as soon as we walked in, was greeted warmly and told of the breakfast prepared that suited our diet. Which was yummy 😋! All of us happy and will book again for another breakfast. Thank you 😊.

Ordered Sunday lunch and when they arrived there was barely any food in it. Paid £20 for two meals plus £3 odd for delivery and service charges and the portions weren’t even big enough for a child! Can’t believe how stingy this place is. Tried phoning the place twice but no answer, so decided to leave a review here. Feel completely ripped off and so disappointed. Expected broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Got a spoonful of peas, 3 soggy sprouts, a few tinned carrots, spoonful of mash and two pieces of chewy meat and a small Yorkshire pudding. First time ordering and will be definitely be the last.

Visited in Mothers Day. Even though they were very busy they could not have been more attentive. We had a ploughman’s sharing platter which was delicious and cocktails, also delicious. Every visit had been lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Went for afternoon tea was very disappointed no choice of sandwiches and when we asked if we could change cheese for something else as we mentioned both of us can't eat cheese we were told that they would just take them off!! Wasn't busy but had to go to counter to ask for more drinks no one came to ask if everything was ok or offer further drinks. Won't go again have heard good reports but we certainly didn't experience this. 😔

Went for a breakfast today with my partner, was an absolutely beautiful breakfast. Hospitality was great and staff were friendly and checked everything was okay. Latte was also beautiful😍

Had a evening meal with hubby and friends got a Groupon deal on steak meals. Had appetiser too food was fantastic good range of cocktails too young lady serving karla was lovely very friendly and attentive would recommend
