One of my favorite places for subs in the nation. This branch is similar to all other firehouse subs branches. Friendly welcoming staff and tasty subs. You can’t go wrong with the spicy cajun chicken.

Well... it has a drive though. Ordered a smokehouse brisket and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was colder than they serve at the Pickerington and Newark Firehouse locations. They however did correct this. Maybe a Sunday night wasn't a good time to order food.

Decent meats for a decent price. The freshness is remarkable. This establishment appeared clean and well kept for the most part. There was a longer wait than expected for how many people were in the store but I assumed it was because there were a lot of online orders. The food was very similar to something I would have at home. The meats seemed lacking of flavor but wrent super salty like most deli meats. They tasted healthy which is not a bad thing. I enjoyed their selection of chips as much as the sandwiches.

My Sub was a good. But the place has too many seats, you can not walk to register or exit to front door. The workers don’t have personality.

There's better out there, but here's what I found today. I ordered 2 subs, 1 Italian & 1/2 meatball. Meatball sub came full size, not half, don't know if I was charged for half or full but I ordered 1/2. That's on me. My Italian sub come with a semi dry pickle +1☆. My Italian sub is so sloppy I can't hold it together to eat it. Everybody likes their money's worth on the meat, I can't complain about quantity, plenty of meat. The bun is so wet with sauce its all soggy top & bottom sauced excessively, I even asked for no tomato so it wouldn't be sloppy. The bun is way, way too small for the portion of meat supplied. I'll have to use knife and fork because sub is too sloppy to hold together, its like trying to hold 3 slippery fish together in 1 stack. No, I won't be back. Anges pizza & Donatos subs are less moist and won't fall apart when your trying to eat it.

Firehouse Subs is a great chain with tasty options. I always go with the smokehouse brisket and a healthy slather of hot sauce. This location did not disappoint. Customer service was solid as well. The restaurant was clean, and there was a solid mix of sports on the televisions. All in all, really good experience.

What a disappointment! Subway is better than this. The grilled chicken sub was pathetic, maybe 3 strips of chicken with a tiny amount of lettuce and onion. What happened to everything else? Ha! Won’t order again.

I wanted to say thank you to the folks that were working at the Gahanna Ohio location,my son ordered an Uber pickup from you today(04/28/2023) we didn't realize that the shop was closing,but according to the Uber drive you all went ahead and made our sandwiches. Thank you and I apologize for not paying attention to your closing time. Please let the employees know that we appreciate them.

I havent seen this gross of a restaurant in a long time. At least 20 flies circling the food prep area. The girl is cleaning hard crusted food off the back food prep area. Clearly not cleaned the night before. The owner or managers should be ashamed of themselves. Fly light in the dining area has burnt out bulb and only one light on entire dining area. To top it off heres a picture of my 8 in M sub.

This place has really gone down hill. Out of several different types of pop, only two types of chips and the service was beyond terrible. The girl who took my order acted as if she had no desire to do anything. She was snotty and rude. They didn’t tell me when my food was ready, they just put a bag on the counter and walked away. I asked if it was mine and the girl didn’t move and just said, I don’t know. This place used to be really good and the young people that worked there were always friendly and helpful. This crew was lazy and rude.

Delicious subs are served here. I like taking the family for the cheap kid's meals. The location is difficult to get in and out of due to its spot on the intersection. The restaurant was a little dirty when I ordered there.

I recently placed an order online. Showed up to the store 20 mins later to pick up my order. I was told my order was not made because they were out of 1 ingredient and I would need to request a refund. Only two items in the order possessed the out of stock ingredient. For some reason. The other sub I ordered was never even attempted. So I had to wait for them to make it. It was poorly put together and the drinks were wrong. Overall the service was poor and I felt like they didn't care about my order. This all happened around 630pm. I did also notice they were cleaning up as if they were going to close early. I filed a request through the website and have yet to hear back from the company

Went in for the first time. They had limited items due to waiting for a delivery. Trey who was making the sandwiches was very accommodating and friendly. His manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
