I visited Park Cameras today during their Imaging Festival - the store was heaving with camera enthusiasts, but I still received prompt attention from the staff. I was welcomed, handed a leaflet with today's deals and was helped really quickly once I chose what I wanted. Overall, the staff was really friendly, as well as the brands specialists present for the day. A special thanks to Richard for helping me with getting my hands on my new toy :)

We visited last week and had a first-rate experience. We’re looking to change systems and unsure on which way to go, but with expert guidance and help from Terence we had a great visit. Terence was extremely knowledgeable across all systems and helped us narrow it down between Nikon V Fuji. I’ve used Park for many years and their knowledge and friendly sales makes it a go to store for all your camera equipment. No pressure sales just good honest advice. Our thanks to Terence for his time and patience and huge thanks to Donal Ogilvie for setting up the visit. We’ll be back!!

The best customer service I have ever had. They are honest, competent and most importantly, they do not try to steal you money selling stuff you do not actually need. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS PERFECT!

I love Park cameras. Because today, when all trade has turned to the online system, you can go and buy the things you urgently need directly from the shop, and you also have the chance to see what the product is. the staff seem friendly and eager to help. I shopped a few times and was satisfied with both the service and the products. I recommend you to use it in your shopping.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ian at Park Cameras for more exceptional customer service! Ian is always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and has sold me my last two cameras and three lenses. He's helped me to select the right Cameras and lenses for me and is always on hand to offer excellent advice! More five class service!

I bought a used Sony 35mm lens in "like new" condition which was described in the following way "The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order" However, it didn't come with a lens hood - when I asked them to provide one they refused and invited me to buy a discounted one from them for £20 plus postage. They claim the description didn't include a lens hood even though it was the most expensive lens of this model available for sale on their website. Most of the cheaper used lens did include a hood when I checked this retrospectively. I believe Park cameras are acting in a disingenuous way and urge you to check the descriptions very carefully before you buy from them. Their customer service is slow as well as I had to remind them to reply to my questions.

My go to place for cameras. Staff is very cooperative and up to sped on latest trends and product offers. Their Facebook page also offers customer support service and they reply within a decent time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new camera, trade in or buy a used one. Only complaint, didn’t have stock of the desired Fuji model I was looking for and sent 2 times query on price match and they didn’t reply back! Other than that, all good!

I've left reviewing for a few months to give time for aftercare (purchase made March 2023). If there was a 6* review I would give it, from start to finish their service was impeccable. Will definitely be a returning customer and recommend these to others.

Ordered online. In stock, same day despatch, arrived the next. Great price too. However, In store, the staff won't let you look at goods before buying. They make you buy the goods, then stand in the shop and open the box, and then give a refund or exchange if it's not right. Also, they get annoyed if you wish to pay them and leave without giving your name, address and email address. I get that they want to build customer lists, but they should just accept the cash and say thank you.

Used these quite a bit especially when I worked close by. Just ordered a lens which came super quickly, was perfectly wrapped and in top notch condition. Actually cheaper than the more popular second hand camera brand so sent that back.

Great service, and an amazing choice of equipment. Prices are competitive, and there is something about seeing the thing before you buy, specially with expensive camera equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and their web site allows for store pickups as well.

Very helpful staff found what I was looking for from stockroom, but also let me browse without hassling. Prices were better than other camera retailers I'd visited that day too. I've got several good deals at Park Cameras in recent years!

Amazing Company, I had seen a used lens online and wanted to ask a few questions about it. I rang up the store and the college who took my call was more than willing to answer any of my questions and his knowledge was amazing, His name was Julian if I remember correctly. Ordered the lens over the phone and within 24 hours it was with me and the condition for a used lens is incredible it looks brand new. Would highly recommend, and with a 6 month warranty you have peace of mind as well.

Every so often we will have the pleasure of finding one of those hidden gems that believes in brilliant quality while delivering exceptional service to everyone - regardless of the size or type of your purchase... I’m happy to report Park Cameras is one of those treasures. Lucia and Linda at this location made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and solved a problem I was having with a tripod even though I didn’t end up purchasing on my visit. They spent over half an hour helping me - never making me feel like I was a bother. I can say that this store will be my destination shop for all my camera equipment going forward. Super helpful staff, good selection, found what I needed!

I was very impressed with the service I got here. I found a lens I was after at a good price. I ordered it aprox 2pm and had delivered to my door in less than 24 hours in a branded nikon box with lens hood, manual carry case etc.. Will certainly be using them again

I try to quota the price for second hand equipment and the guy with little hair just check the camera not seriously and told me that the price is below the one I quote it online that’s fine , everyone need to find a deal for the company, but when I I ask why they cannot explain clearly. Also the guy say one of my lens is with fungi, which I was shocked, I then check it carefully afterwards and did not see any described problems. I think it’s not fair judgment and I decided not to deal with this company, for a long history company , it should not be doing buy and sell like this.

I recently ordered a used Nikon Lens from Park. Upon arrival it proved there were issues with the lens. I phoned them them regarding the problem and they immediately dispatched a courier to collect the lens. I was refunded later in the day. Although the lens issue was unfortunate I still consider their response and management to have been excellent and I will certainly continue to shop with them. In this day and age it’s refreshing to encounter such prompt and professional service.

Annoying and very shady. I phoned up to ask about availability of a lens and a camera and a price match on the lens. Was told they would ask and phone me back. 15 mins later i get an order confirmation email for the wrong camera and the lens without price match, with my address written incorrectly, and they sent this 3 separate times. Eventually i asked them to stop sending that and to cancel the order i never placed, and just got an automated order cancel email back. Pretty terrible process, and shocking service.

Staffs are nice and friendly :) I went to buy GoPro accessories but there is not enough equipment for GoPro. And everthing in there I felt more expensive than other shops.

Not bad place for buying first camera. They don’t have much camera body on display in store, but I definitely like the fact as they have table top model of town when you can test camera or lens you buying. Also they have pretty good choice of camera bags, tripods and all kinds of lights. Place doing a lot of cash back on shopping and they have not bad prices anyway.

Excellent shop, very professional and with great selection of products. I sold my camera there, very smooth and I was provided with all the details needed, and the best was that I got a great price from them! Other camera shops in the area need to follow your example. Came in to buy some things on my holiday. Waited patiently to be served for about 15 mins with no one asking if I needed help. Had to ask can I please be served. When I finally was served the person behind the counter didn’t want to give me any help or advice. Was annoyed I was asking questions. Felt really bad after that shopping experience. :(

I recently bought a new lens for my Leica M. Amazing service. It arrived overnight the next morning in perfect condition, packed well and with documentation. I couldn’t be happier.

I came today to your shop. I have wasted my afternoon. Alex did inspect my lens and did find his own reasons to push the price from £280 down to £255. According to him I haven't described the lens properly to you to obtain the quote. (It was a polite way to say my description of the product was misleading). Maybe it is your company policy to do things like that. I think Alex was under the impression he could exploit me. I was already there and after all...why not accepting further reduction? I wanted to replace that lens that I don't need, I was hoping you could help...instead you guys did try to few £. The experience was very embarrassing and very annoying. You have wasted my time and my energy. What a bad experience. UPDATE 22.12.23 I have seen the below response:/ my answer to you is as follow : you send misleading quote to the public and once people are in your shop you find reasons to reduce price. The proof of that is that Alex could not clearly explain why he was offering less than the offered price. He found a mixt of very vague and unconclusive answers to justify his offer. Your answer below only confirms that you are acting in an exploitative and dishonest way and blame the customer. This is not acceptable.

Phoned the store this morning and spoke to the most helpful and knowledgeable person ever. What a treat to have service like this. Can't wait for my delivery to arrive.

Really helpful advice on the phone and prices competitive. Not bought from here yet and only thing is you can't buy from branch on the phone but through there website or physically go in-store. This is to do with security of bank details so fair enough. Overall would recommend.

Took my Olympus cameras and lenses in as wanted to part exchange, given a quote and returned after inspection. Said all my lenses had moisture in, except the most expensive and desirable one. I know how I’ve looked after them so took everything back and told them I didn’t trust their judgement. Went round the corner to another store where I was given similar quote, returned after items inspected and told my lenses all pristine. Trade completed

Amazing shop with a lot of cameras and accessories to select from. Do order the things you need online before going to the shop if possible to save you from disappointment as they might have been booked by some customers. Very cheerful and helpful staff.

I visited Park Cameras London to purchase a tripod that I had been told would be the best one for food photography. What can I say, but Terrance's wealth of photography knowledge really made more reconsider my original tripod decision and I actually walked away with a better tripod at a lower price range! I really believe that the employees at this store are as passionate about photography as those of us simply looking to buy our dream photography kit. I will definitely be back to Park Cameras London when the time comes to purchase my full frame camera. Terrance is a true trooper for answering all of my questions and ensuring that I select the right products for my current photography business journey.

Park Cameras promised me a refund for a course that I couldn’t go on because of the pandemic. 4 months later and it hasn’t materialised, which is very disappointing - especially as it was a gift. All my emails to chase this up have gone unanswered.

I visited this shop as I'm interested in investing in a decent camera. There is an extremely large inventory of stock to choose from and staff are willing to help. On that subject, the lady at the front counter was extremely helpful and courteous. Using the information she gave me, I'm feeling more confident in acquiring my next camera. I'll be sure to get it from Park based on that exemplary service.

I went in today looking for a stand and tablet holder for our office. As it's a big professional camera shop I did feel a little embarrassed asking for an iPad holder and yet Terance F, who assisted me today couldn't be more helpful. He knew exactly what I needed, answered all my questions regarding other products that looked interesting and was really knowledgeable without making me feel like i was out of my depth. It's customer service like this that makes a passing interest become a hobby. It also helps us as a business know we're getting the right product for the job. Absolutely recommended

I am clueless when it comes to DSLR cameras cos I'm not photographer but a DJ. However I have outgrown my iPhone and I love taking pictures at events to post on my social media or give to my clients free. So I called Park Cameras and spoke with Dan (lovely chap) who was very helpful and he explained what I needed to do and most importantly the lens I needed to buy to get the best out of my DSLR camera based on my requirements. Exemplary customer service received after buying a Peak Design pack in store and later found it was missing a detachable storage strap. I was kept updated regularly by email without once having to chase and have received the strap direct from the supplier after a few weeks.

Excellent service and I highly recommend this company. Bought a used Ricoh camera from Park Cameras London shop in Rathbone Place. The camera had a problem and they refunded me immediately. They then immediately found me a replacement and I was able to buy it for the same price. Great customer service and unbeatable trade-in offers. After getting an instant quote for my 03 Sony lenses, I took them to their store in London for inspection. It was all done quickly and professionally by Ian who confirmed the quote. The quote was considerably better than the competitors (Wex and others) and the money was in my account within 05 working days - no muss no fuss.
