Its James Haley here, you may not recall but I had a wedding in Poland in August 2015 and you got me in about 4 weeks before to do some teeth bonding and whitening. I always wanted to but kept forgetting to write to you to say thanks for a brilliant job. I think the bonding work you did was fantastic, my teeth were given a total face-lift for the wedding and many friends and family members were quite blown away with the results. I'd been absolutely terrified of having any work done after a very bad experience 37 years ago so I was devastated when I finally needed a filling! Iain totally understood how I felt and worked incredibly hard to allay my fears and talk me through the options. Amazingly (for me), I had the filling done there and then and of course it was problem-free- I think he's cured me of my phobia. Thanks very much indeed!

The receptionist staff are friendly, they respond promptly to emails and the dentists, particularly my hygenist Esther, are very warm, friendly, sympathetic and reassuring.

I have moved around a lot over the years and have seen a lot of dentists in 3 different countries. I can safely say this is the best dentistry clinic I have ever been to. I don't have health insurance but I am willing to pay out of my pocket for the amazing service I get here. Worth every penny.

I was recommended this dentist by my own, as I have an autoimmune disease. I need 2 extractions and, a dental hygienist. I have had 3 appointments to date. The experience has been extremely professional, caring and honest. From the receptionists to the hygienist, to the dentist. And not forgetting the nurse who stroke my arm all the way through when I said, I was nervous of needles. Thanks you the most. Having been with the practice for a few years now, I can honestly say that it's one of the best I've encountered. I've had orthodontic treatment, hygienist and dental check-ups there and the reception staff, hygienists, assistants and doctors are all wonderful and try to accommodate busy schedules as much as they can. One thing I appreciated the most about the practice was that unlike in other places 'teeth whitening' and 'cosmetic treatments' aren't pushed during appointments and they are clear around what is urgent/important to be done and what can wait or could be a consideration in the future if it becomes bothersome. Honestly, can't recommend them all highly enough.

Went today after 10 years of being too scared to go. Couldn’t ask for nicer, more professional staff! Dr. Phil explained everything he was doing the whole way through and answered any questions I had. Never felt anxiety disappear faster.

Phil did an excellent job at bonding my teeth. During the consultation he identified how to improve my smile with different options in terms of budget. The bonding has made a huge difference, I will be returning to get my bridge replaced and am confident he will do a great job. The whole team at Sparkly are very friendly. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist with the most amazing decor this is the place to go. I always see Dr Iain Soulsby, he is without doubt the best dentist I've even been to and wouldn't go anywhere else. Recently I was in so much pain with my tooth but also extremely nervous about having treatment. He arranged an emergency appointment for me at really short notice, calmed me down and sorted the problem out quickly and effectively. Please go here if you need a dentist, you will leave with a smile anyway because everyone is so friendly and the surgery is like an funky art gallery.
