Great location for Vegans. They have a full vegan menu, if it’s not offered for some reason just ask. Not badly priced, loads of options and not just pizza. Staff friendly and attentive and willing to help when you are overwhelmed with finally having lots of choices 😉

We ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas in North Greenwich O2 Mall and also an Bruschetta both were really good. Since food was very good and I decided to visit Pizza Express multiple times. The staff is also friendly and they do suggest some best pizzas and their suggestions would be the best and we can simply go with their suggestions.

Pizza Express is normally known to be the top of the range service as well as food when it comes to the Pizza department. This place was very poor customer service. The tall blond lady with specs felt like she did not even want to see customers or serve anyone. The food including the starters, which were dough balls and king prawn took 60mins to arrive to the table. One of the dish (Pasta) was so burnt like if its come from the chimney or been run over by a bus. The lady stated it is because of cheese and its ment to melt like that. Seriously meant to melt like charcoal and not golden brown. The kids were supposed to get dessert with the full meal, which did not come even though we requested it. The mix drinks tasted like tap water. The place had literally 4 set of family in each corner, thereforr not even busy but still the meal ordered at 9.15PM came to the table just pass 10:15PM. Plus we had to rush a little as they close at 11PM. The open kitchen area you can see the staff (male chef) cooking meals for customers but also standing there and eating food himself. It was just unprofessional, poor service and poor food quality and not to forget missing items. I would suggest you are better going to Canary Wharf Pizza Express where the staff there are normally way better than this one in O2. Never ever again. The place dont deserve to have a rating 1 star nor does it have the rights to even be open in a place like O2 where it attracts tourists. Best to close up and jog on or get rid of staff and/or train them customer service skills. For sure get a better cook! Wasted £100 in an evening at a place this poor with a good reputation. This place kills the brand off.

We ordered loads of pizzas. The one that I ordered was garlic prawn 🦐- I'd rate it 3.5/5. The overall experience here was great. Their staff is very cooperative. If you join the pizza express (you will need to download their app) you can get the dough balls which will be on the house. However, the dough balls aren't great and interesting.

Bruno was great! He accommodated us very well, after we were told the weren’t any tables left and told us to wait 30mins when we could see empty tables, i asked Bruno instead and he looked around and gave us a nice spot where my family and I could eat together, very kind and nice person. The other guy wasnt! Thank you Bruno ❤️🤞🏽

Food was nice but staff is quite rude. They didn’t bring us forks and knives i had to ask them to bring it. They brang me the pizza with no pizza cutter and no knife i had to ask to get some cutlery to cut myself the pizza. They offered free dough balls i accepted the offer and had student discount they didn’t want to accept my student discount and said that if i want to add the student discount i have to pay for the dough balls. Just ridiculous service. Staff have to get their act together

Waiting for the Billie Eilish concert... So went to the PizzaExpress, O2 Arena, restaurant. Guido did a fantastic job. Thanks mate! The food and beer was awesome.

Came here for quick meal just for the kids, they always like it. Food is consistent, nice atmosphere. Service was a little slow when it wasn't that busy but friendly staff nonetheless. The app wasn't working, I reset my password and the reset details came through the next day...not the restaurants fault. Overall the kids liked the meal, half the crayons were broken but we had enough to keep kids entertained. Kid friendly but you have to leave the buggies at the front as the tables are a little cramped - wasn't really an issue but be mindful if you need to have your baby grab bag near by.

The food is always great but the service was top tier. Excellent service from the team but special thank you to Georgia 😉

We had a pizza making party here for our 6 year old and some of her friends. It was terrific. The staff were superb - especially Bruno who managed the party. The kids had a fantastic time and the adults were able to tuck into tasty pizza’s whilst watching the proceedings. It was great value too. Highly recommended.

Popped in for a quick meal before a show. Great service and food. Good value for money. Our waitress Jen was fantastic - attentive, good chat and knowledgeable. Seats between tables were very close together so felt a bit cramped.

What a fantastic lunch stop. Delicious gluten free food. Lots of drink options. Georgia was the best team member, attentive, knowledgeable about gluten free and helped choose delicious dishes!! Omg the gluten free doughballs and pizza were so good!!!

Visited many Pizza Expresses throughout my lifetime, and always experienced top-notch food and high-quality service. Me and my cousin attended WWE Money In The Bank at the O2 back in July and came to Pizza Express for tea before the show. We were waited on by professional, friendly staff and received fantastic food at great prices! Would definitely recommend this Pizza Express if you're coming to the OZ for shopping or an event! Service great many thanks to Guido for the attentiveness when ordering our vegan options. Which made our meal more pleasurable and relaxed thanks to Guido. Food is always great at pizza express highly recommend it.

I visited 2 nights in a row, one which was quiet due to no events in the O2 and one which was very busy as a concert was taking place. Service was excellent on both occasions with very friendly staff, regardless of how busy they were. Guido who served me on the second visit was very good at keeping me updated that he would be coming to get my order next etc which was very much appreciated. Food, which tasted excellent, was served hot and quickly on both occasions. The Pizza Dolce was a new sweet treat for me and was UNREAL. Would recommend highly.

When out for a trip to the movies we decided to use a deal from o2 Priority at Pizza Express. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the coupon- we had no problem at all scanning the code from the app for money off our bill. I usually find the pizza hit or miss but the food was good and I was especially surprised by the calamari. Besides receiving a generous portion, the rings also had a tasty, crisp batter that was better than most casual restaurants I've tried.

Popped into Pizza Express at The O2 whilst visiting for an event. Little did we know what was in store for our visit. The service was incredible (quite possibly the best service we’ve ever received anywhere - including high end West End Restaurants). All of the staff helped one another - interacted with customers and were extremely attentive. Our server, Guido, was incredible and looked after us (and all of his tables) as though you were his only customer - with a smile on his face and friendly conversation. The food itself was delicious. Pizza cooked to perfection. Can’t ask for much better than that on a Saturday afternoon!

Delicious meal while we were waiting for Robbie Williams! The restaurant was busy but we were quickly seated. Pizzas were absolutely perfect and how we like them. Samuel, our waiter was outstanding, delivering great service and. It’s the right amount of care and attention. He is an absolute asset to your brand and definitely deserves recognition. We’ll be back for sure!

Quick service and tasty food, our waitress Bela was also friendly and helpful.

Visited pizza express as a couple on a non concert day and it wasn’t busy. We got served very quickly and we had a deal on our phone for pizza for £5 which worked and was perfect. We ordered two pizzas between us and two starters garlic bread and dough balls and a wine and coke just come to £32 which was really good. The food came up quite quickly and tasted yummy. The portion size was quite large.

It was a wonderful experience. Our server, Jen was lovely. Jen was a very friendly server. She was polite and helpful to us whenever we had trouble understanding the menu. She was also very quick with our orders and ensured we were having a good time at pizza express. The food was also amazing. Would definitely recommend coming here with family.

First time visiting it was decent. Pizzas were okay I got charged £2 for adding extra olives which I felt was abit much but meh decent I thought it would be much better but decent. Don't bother with the garlic bread £5 for cheese on bread not really worth it.

Food tasted horrible and the pizza felt flimsy and far too thin. The prices were too high for absolutely no reason.

Visited the Pizza Express in the o2, although it was fairly busy service was pretty good. The food was top notch as always. Its easy for me to say as Pizza is my favourite 😍. It came in quick and hot, the only down side is we got our drinks after we received our food by which point I was already half way through mine. Regardless of that our waiter was efficient, polite and patient, so would totally recommend and visit here again myself.
