Pizza
Express
is
normally
known
to
be
the
top
of
the
range
service
as
well
as
food
when
it
comes
to
the
Pizza
department.
This
place
was
very
poor
customer
service.
The
tall
blond
lady
with
specs
felt
like
she
did
not
even
want
to
see
customers
or
serve
anyone.
The
food
including
the
starters,
which
were
dough
balls
and
king
prawn
took
60mins
to
arrive
to
the
table.
One
of
the
dish
(Pasta)
was
so
burnt
like
if
its
come
from
the
chimney
or
been
run
over
by
a
bus.
The
lady
stated
it
is
because
of
cheese
and
its
ment
to
melt
like
that.
Seriously
meant
to
melt
like
charcoal
and
not
golden
brown.
The
kids
were
supposed
to
get
dessert
with
the
full
meal,
which
did
not
come
even
though
we
requested
it.
The
mix
drinks
tasted
like
tap
water.
The
place
had
literally
4
set
of
family
in
each
corner,
thereforr
not
even
busy
but
still
the
meal
ordered
at
9.15PM
came
to
the
table
just
pass
10:15PM.
Plus
we
had
to
rush
a
little
as
they
close
at
11PM.
The
open
kitchen
area
you
can
see
the
staff
(male
chef)
cooking
meals
for
customers
but
also
standing
there
and
eating
food
himself.
It
was
just
unprofessional,
poor
service
and
poor
food
quality
and
not
to
forget
missing
items.
I
would
suggest
you
are
better
going
to
Canary
Wharf
Pizza
Express
where
the
staff
there
are
normally
way
better
than
this
one
in
O2.
Never
ever
again.
The
place
dont
deserve
to
have
a
rating
1
star
nor
does
it
have
the
rights
to
even
be
open
in
a
place
like
O2
where
it
attracts
tourists.
Best
to
close
up
and
jog
on
or
get
rid
of
staff
and/or
train
them
customer
service
skills.
For
sure
get
a
better
cook!
Wasted
£100
in
an
evening
at
a
place
this
poor
with
a
good
reputation.
This
place
kills
the
brand
off.
