We used the facility for our AGM. Booking was easy. They set the room for us. Everything was perfect. Great staff, good room, excellent use of space.

I only went to the covid centre section and I must say I was appalled by the set up and the way they treated us, didn't listen to me that I am on blood thinning medication and before I could say it for the third time, without any warning, the jab was done and I was being shoed off to sit down. Absolutely disgusted at being treated like meat to the slaughter. Nothing like the way I was treated at the towngate theatre. Not worthy of a rating to be honest.

I've been here quite a few times over the years for one thing and another and I e always found the staff very helpful and pleasant. The hairdressers in there is great and very affordable. Tina was very welcoming and my hair looked and felt great. Would definitely recommend

Lovely Place for mature people Plenty of classes to attend and a lot of new friends to make.

Great place to enjoy special events and entertainment. Good social events. very reasonable joining price

Went tere for my 4th booster get tere between 4/ 5 got to 5 30 doors shut and we was all shocked couldn't Tey carried on with the vaccination tere were a lot of elderly people tere standing so a hour & half ?

This was being used as a COVID pop up center, it was very very busy long ques, there doesn't seem to be much social distancing, but the staff are fantastic and they are churning people out quickly and efficiently, I would have given 5 stars for the staff.

We only popped in to vote. The Place looks nice but it always feels strangely underutilized. Perhaps I'll start hanging out in there. Cup of splosh and half-hour on my Kindle.

Very clean and safe for visits. Loads of activities to do. There is a over 50s club that has numerous activities from crafting to pottery, art, exercise, and dance

Went to the walk in vaccination at the centre which was ok but the surrounding area is run down and dirty, it was a market day but what with street lights not working the area is a hazard, definitely needs looking at Basildon Council!!!

It's was too busy at anytime for whenever people who can't understand that there was no seats to sit.

Lots of rooms for hire, a kids' soft play area for hire, nice seating in a communal area with a cafe with friendly staff. Limited free parking next to the centre, but more parking close by which is free but maybe short stay of up to 2 hours.
