All in all " DON'T GO THERE" The trains: they don't work 80 pecent of the time, and deliver wrong item, spill food on track when they do. Waiters and other staff: well there ain't much staff to start with, hence delay of orders, have to scream for obvious things like water and onions like 10 times before they bring things, and they unprofessional too... Food: well I can make a better soup with a knor 10rs ready to make soup packet for which they charge 120-140 rs and also the quantity is like less than a small size bowl, with steel spoon to have hot soup...like really?? None of the food tasted good, it was overpriced and basic and utensils were not properly cleaned. Not worth the money. Half the things on the menu are not available... Actually more than half... All in all " DON'T GO THERE"

Worst ever experience…They don’t care their Customers! We went and ordered Sweet corn soup and Pizza, Surprisingly the soup was bitter in taste and they took 50 mins to serve. Taste is pathetic and staff behaviour is worst. The manager told us you are only one who is complaining, all other customers are happy. They even don’t know how to cut the pizza. It’s overhyped restaurant with poor test, bad service and worst staff behaviour. Zero Star

Pathetic service (the waiters didn't knew what to do and how to manage, didnt even bring the order together, got dal and naan 1st when the vegetables we ordered were sitting right outside the kitchen window in the delivery bay and went cold), bad food (family members got stomach infection & food got cold before reaching the table) and the ambience for which we went there (the trains were not in the working condition, they crashed and spilled food and after 5-10 min were not even running), there were too many tables and very less waiters who were flabbergasted and confused and didn't had an idea as to what was happening. There was no management at all. Also there was no ounce of customer service and the waiters were even rude to a little girl. More than 30% of the things in the menu were unavailable, even the most basic things mentioned in the menu were not there like burger or white sauce pasta, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE

They have changed their location and I think team too has been changed as earlier reviews of this place were quite negative but didn't find any negative in recent visit. Visited for dinner and had Veg tikka platter,Paneer Lawabdar,Mix veg and stuffed naan and seriously all of them tasted quite good, only negative point noticed was the price which is slightly on higher side otherwise it is a decent place for a family treat. Concept is unique. Food is served using toy trains. Thumbs up to this place.

Ambience is good no doubt. But food was pathetic, I ordered chilli paneer, it was nothing like that plus gobhi Manchurian was like gobhi vegetable , Condition of washroom can't be expressed in words.

A nice restaurant in kota, with a unique concept, where the food gets served to you in toy trains, ambience is really nice, with train tracks running all throughout the tables, with bright colours and a very good setup Food is also tasty but quantity wise, it is little less and a bit overpriced too. We had a nice time here, food was also good but prices and quantities could be much better

My all time favourite spot to order scrumptious and palatable meals. This time I ordered :- Vietnamese grilled fish and Jasmine rice.

This place is one the most creative places I have ever been to.... A bit expensive but that's a given because all the creativity is simply fabulous.... The food was good but not to the mark.... The place gives an old-era vibe when we had steam engines and the lighting is a compliment to the environment.... A good place to visit with your family and friends.....

Worst service I ever saw restaurant in kota. Concept - half of the time train was not working, staff is pushing the train with their hands. Food-tasteless ,not at all good Price- very expensive as compared to the quality of food. Staff- very arrogant, serve wrong order,not wearing mask. Most important :- bisleri water bottle price is 60 Rs. All n all don't go there ..

This restaurant is one of the best in town! The food is delicious and the location is great, lots of dishes. Very clean and the all foods was awesome!! Great menu, something for everyone! No wait time. Staff was fantastic with my old experience, which is a huge deciding factor for me to visit this restaurant.Comfortable, clean, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect family restaurant.

Today i visited this amazing palce with a totally different concept they serve food through the train. It is the great place with an amazing ambience to hangout with friends and family ❤️ Here I tried🤤 Startar 1.yello paneer tikka 2..veg staf galuthi kawab(recommended) Main course 1.Handi Nawabi paneer(recommended) 2.chana masala 3.Tawa sabz takatak(recommended) 4.Dal makhani(recommended) 5.fruit coktel Raita Bread. 1.Lacha paratha(recommended) 2.Butter naan 3.Stuff naan(recommended) 4.Jungli roti Beverages 1. Worst food ever eaten ... I did not expect food like this from this place .. I have ordered sizzler , the kebabs were completely raw and rice was wet and full of sauces with no taste . Staff behaviour was not polite. Never coming here again and suggest every one not to visit here

Once of the unique concept restaurant Food quality is good Delicious food Staff is very well behaved Quick service Just sitting arrangement is quite uncomfortable . The chairs sitting is very low than the eating table.

I had no idea that this place has this many amazing food choices, From the starters to the main course and hogging all the desserts at genuine price rates.

I was excited to visit this place from long time as i have listen to its advertisement on almost all FM channels and wanted to experience the service and taste which they were claiming and finally today got the chance to visit this place. Ambience was satisfactory but services and staff and the food was pathetic. Menu items limited were limited in numbers not much choice to opt from. At the time of placing my order I specifically asked waiter to keep the food less spicy and repeated that request 2-3 time so that he keep it in his mind while getting prepared my food but the food that i got was very spicy, not much tasty, low in quantity and overly priced. In nutshell, they are more focusing on advertisement only....no or very low focus on taste and service quality. Staff was not well trained and had very casual approach towards its customers. Not recommended....you will ended up paying high price for low quality food and services.

Food is OK OK.. not upto the mark... not prepared dish as per customer requirements.. too crowded.. dishes was too oily and not provided water bowls for hand wash after dinner.. its look like mess not restaurant.. never go again.. not recommended for family..

I'm so obsessed with the concept of vegitrainian. The theme is really very attractive and inviting. In starters I really liked their veg stuffed galouti kebab (one of my favourite from the menu). Cold coffee with icecream is must try stuff. Their main course is super delicious. Undoubtedly amazing place to visit with family and friends.❤️

Visited their place for my evening snacks, the taste and service was just great. I had tried their veg the big bella burger, the burger was loaded with fresh veggies in it. It was served hot and fresh and all the precautionary measures were carefully taken care off. Price was affordable for me and size of burger was huge . Really impressive work

They provide exceptional customer service. One of the best restaurants in the area. Because of the pleasant ambiance, I ordered veg Manchurian with fried rice that was so so yummy 😋Also, the prices are reasonable. They'd taken all necessary precautions. This is a highly recommended location.

It's a nice place to hangout with kids. Very unique concept of food delivery by train. Interior is also good. Very spacious seating. Food too is tasty. Though the price seems a but higher but still it's worth paying for the services and the ambience
