I had severe cystic acne that got worse with every treatment I tried. But when I visited Dr. Sadana it started to get better and their treatment was super good and I did my best to not miss any appointments.

Senior doctor sadana never referred for unnecessary tests but his son is just money looting machine , refer for unnecessary tests so that he can get commission from sigma lab . Also he tell every patient to get tested from sigma lab .

Looters looters. They don’t even have time to talk to the patient and explain them about their problems. They don’t even tell what tests or diagnosis they are doing. The reception staff just cluelessly tells you that you have to pay this much amount. Had I known about this greedy bunch of doctors earlier, I would have never visited them. Wish I could give them 0 or even negative rating.

I visited the clinic with my acne scars due to poking it and junior doctor tell me that it takes approximately 5-6 months to heal and he said I recommend you to take some medicines and apply some ointments and he said he will apply one medicine and go to the other room after paying at the reception and i did so, knowing nothing about the process. I just think it will be just a medicine or an ointment. He didn't even mention that he is going to do chemical peel. Forget about the potential precautions and so on. And on my second appointment, I was being seen by senior doctor and i asked him that there are cysts start occurring on my face. And he just write one more medication and tell me to go for another sitting and i was just too frustrated by all this experience and questions didn't do the second sitting and come back home! We patients didn't question them thinking that we don't know the process and considering they are specialist but we just forget that this is their damn business and they don't care about our skin or emotions .they only care about money and have lost moral grounds though they were taught medical ethics during their time in colleges or universities. Such a pathetic experience!

My sister went for a consultation on her face mark which was at the very slightest looking. Dr Dinakar Sadana who does not carry a lot of experience prescribed some ointment which made her entire face full of darker patches. I request not to treat patient without even diagnosing the correct issue, such unprofessional and new been attitude could ruin someone’s life. Kindly don’t play with people it’s an serious crime.

Doctor is nice and courteous. However, the front desk lady(aunties) are so damm rude. Have no manners on how to talk to anyone. My wife went in there to get her laser done and accidentally lost her receipt. She was policed around and had many rude comments from the aunties in the front desk. Reach back out to me. I wanna have further discussion on this matter.

Doctor is very professional and wise enough… all is good except appointment and waiting time… treatment is quite expensive but worth. It’s good option for patients who are suffering from any type of skin diseases.

There is no sense for booking an early appointment here because you never know when n who will go first... no management. Price for medication are too high as compared to outside shops or 1mg.
