I would have given zero stars if given option. The behaviour of the doctor is highly rude and unacceptable. How can someone so educated and in such a reputed position be so rude and ignorant that he even denied to treat the patient midway after the surgery. He didn't even prescribed any medication after this nor gave us the reports. Please choose your doctor wisely.

I never had such Worst experience. Rude Doctor's rude staff. Dr. neena Gupta is illiterate. Neither she knows how to talk with patient nor she gives importance to someone else's time. Poor communication of doctor and staff. Such hospital always made black money who donot like to provide bill receipts on the day patient is discharged. If you ask for it then They give you another date to take bills and they ll never be ready with bills on later date also and keep you waiting for 2-3 hours for it just to frustrate you. These hospitals should get raided and their licence should get cancelled.

I got fed up after three years of infertility...than I move to Nitin hospital patiala .I get IUI done ...this give me immense strength and happiness coz it's positive.....I really thankful to Dr Rajni Gupta and all staff ..I recommend nitin hospital patiala

I got operated my wife, Mrs. Sumanjeet Kaur yesterday and gallbladder having 3 stones of max length about 20 mm was removed. When I saw live performance of the operation on OPD TV, I found the team of Doctors performing operation was very competent and the patient remains quite safe in their hands. My wife has been discharged today in quite cordial atmosphere under comfortable & polite future directions by Dr. Nitin Gupta. The Nursing Staff, staff of Computer Section, Pharmacy, and that engaged on Reception are quite cordial and remain always ready to help. Doctors are really polite and treat their patient nicely except one doctor who seems quite rude. OT staff is really nice. But their administration staff (girls) have no etiquettes of greeting patients with respect and politeness. No professionalism and zero level communication skills. No smile on face and it seems like someone has forced them to work there. Student nurses have no etiquettes for entering patients room. They do not even knock on the door and dont tell patient what they are checking for. I will give zero star for their admin and nursing staff.

It was very nice experience . Staff is very courteous and accommodative . They provided the best nursing care and always found smiling , which is very important for the patients and attendants . Overall experience excellent . Doctors are experienced and very supportive . However , Rooms and the bathrooms needs to be further renovated as per the latest trends.

Dr Neena did TLH of my sister-in-law....she did well....we are very happy....and also thankful to all the staff..who cares...thanks once again....

Doctors don't know how to talk with patient. My Uncle had a surgery from them and after the surgery he was not feeling well and went for check up, they behaved very rudly and said what is this problem. Very bad experience,will never recommend anyone to go there
