What a FANTASTIC shopping centre!! Finally a South African style approach to shopping centres with FREE PARKING, spacious parking bays, wonderful large stores, varied food choices, entertainment like climbing walls and movies and then a beautiful approach to nature which in summer must be totally glorious. Can’t praise this place highly enough! Only thing I would suggest is removing the silly 5 hour free parking limit. By doing that you force people to spend less time shopping which kind of defeats the purpose of the centre. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

What a wonderful place. When I lived in Rushden this area was a ski slope! It has everything you could want, plenty of shopping with big brands, different eateries to suit all tastes, children's play areas and beautiful walks around the lakes. I met up with friends, we walked round the shops, had something to eat, then a delightful walk round the lake and finished with a drink. It was a lovely day 🙂

Plenty of parking, first 5 hours free which is more than enough. Good variety of shops including Flannels plus plenty of food outlets and cinema. The lake is lovely. You can walk around it or do what we did and hire a pedalo, we had a choice of a pink flamingo, red dragon, white Swan or car. Kayaks are available too. £23 for half an hour. We paid for half an hour and given an hour! Didn't give a full 5 stars as some shops felt a little cramped. Enjoyable place to visit.

I don't like shopping but Rushden Lakes is the exception. Plenty of free parking, great choice of retail outlets including top brands. Location is great with the Lake and a good choice of restaurants to end the trip.

Great day out. Kids went to Rock Up to do some rock climbing then for lunch with some awesome DINOSAURS! The lake is lovely and there are plenty of places to shop, eat and play. Cineworld is here too and you get 5 hours free parking. I advise arriving in the morning as it can get really busy by lunch time!

I have explored Rushden Lakes enough to write a review about it . The cinema experience here is fantastic, offering a wide selection of movies. There is an activity area for the kids too. The surrounding restaurants provided diverse culinary options, making it a great one-stop destination. A bit more variety in shops would enhance the overall appeal. Overall, a delightful spot for entertainment and dining.

More shops needed. Gym could be beneficial. The lake is only for renting the boats not for the public. SUP free entry acceptance would be beneficial for public and promotion of area on social media.

Free parking available for up to 5 hours. Plenty of spaces, EXCEPT at the weekends it can get very busy !! Do arrive early, or late in the day if you're visiting at the weekend. Most places are open until 8pm. Plenty of shops and a lake that you can hire a canoe, Swan or a dragon on to peddle yourself around! ( book to use ) Toilets available. Drop kerbs for prams and wheelchairs. Disabled parking. Dogs welcome. ( you can walk around the small lake with the boats on with dogs too ). Restaurants ( that open early ) Cafes. A cinema complex that has other activities inside it, especially for children.. You will find Rock up , paradise island, flip out, and starbucks all inside the complex. It's worth a visit, and although not a massive place, it has alot to offer. Lidls, waitrose, pets at home, and wickes are also all within walking distance. ( Cross the bridge over the main road to find ). A lovely long walking path that will take you all the way to stanwick lakes can be accessed behind AJ cycles too. This path has a section for walking and one for cycles, so keep pets and children close..

A fantastic shopping experience. Plenty of things to do,eat and drink. You can choose from a variety of restaurants and coffees. Free parking for 5 hours. What I never saw until now was the Dog Wash: you can bath your dog right there and this is a briliiant idea,I was really impressed.

They have fannels which have designer products such as burberry, versace, VL, dolce & gabbana but my only negative is that they do not list the price AFTER sale. Fraser also has pretty nice discounts on their Tommy and polo. There's also a cinema. Overall positives are parking is up to 5 hours free, and the lake view is pretty nice.

I like coming here. Lots of places to eat and good shops. In the summer, it's good to sit outside for food and for chilling around the lake. Went to Nandos for lunch and Patisserie Valerie for hot drinks and cakes.

Free parking for 5 hours, plenty of shops, entertainment for adults and children alike, food stalls and restaurants choices. Playground for the kids, amazing nature walk around the lake filled with carved wooden animals to look out for and some benches to sit on and rest or just enjoy the views. We have spent our morning at the Visitor centre creating our own Bees home. The workshop was done beautifully, they provided all that was needed. The visitor centre has a nice sustainability stock to reduce plastic and plenty of beautiful wooden toys, books, ornaments, garden and small homeware stock. There is a seating area facing the lake if you bring your own lunch. I would definitely check out Rushden lakes website for more information about shops, opening hours and what's on.

Love it and...yes...she loves it too 🎁🍀😊🥰 huge place! Awesome shops! Good parking. If you have a larger 4x4 or a van you better off to parking further down to have decent space and not blocking others. Grate choice of food vendors and entertainment center is fab! But...it is also a hangout spot for young people and their problems. All in all... awesome. Highly recommended 👍

Good for a quick shopping trip. We went early on Sunday morning and it was starting to get a bit crowded. There was plenty of parking with a limit of 5 hours. Plenty of shops to shop or browse. We loved the walk by the lake and our toddler loved eating ice cream by the lakeside. You could also rent a paddle boat and go boating as well.

Ahhh, I see. I wondered how I got here. I was in the car, then the car stopped and asked me to get out. There's a lot of Costa's popping up in Next clothing stores these days, so you can go and get a drink, eat some sandwiches and then buy a shirt that smells of these things to remind you of the lovely food and coffee you ate. Service was quite slow and a fair few of the tables we left with dirty cups etc so 4* only. The staff looked busy and bothered and over stretched.

Decent - nice when the weather is playing ball. Can imagine it's a nightmare to get in and out of at the weekend. Nice little touches like charging points on the outdoor benches, lots of dog bowls outside shops. Plenty of variety and a nice version of the usual run-of-the-mill retail sites.

We went for a walk around Rushden Lakes to kick the morning off which was lovely. We then went for a mooch around the shopping centre. There are a lot of shops and pretty much everything you need for a good day out and a shopping trip. Will be definitely returning very soon.

Lots of shops and food outlets, easy to navigate with plenty of pedestrian crossing points to make things easy. Lots of parking, though it does get busy as the day goes on! However staff are very handily placed with signs informing drivers where spaces can be located. Great place to visit, and the walking trail and the lake itself are great to break things up!

5 hours free parking. A nice row of shops, restaurants and lake views. Definitely need to get there early for easy parking and try not to leave the car park at peak times because of queues getting out.

A sunny day on the boating lake, ideal for amusing grand children and a great place for Shopping with plenty of free parking and a good range of shops and coffee stops.

Visited here before, but this time my wife and not only did some shopping but met up with a young friend of ours and her 2 year old daughter to walk around the lake. A lovely short walk on a well cared for path with large wooden carved animals at various points. There was also a small simple children’s play area which amused our young companion for about 30 minutes. Afterwards we had a tea at Patisserie Valery which was really enjoyable, seated outside All in all a lovely afternoon following our shopping in the morning at the superb variety of shops. With free parking for 5 hours thrown a good time was had by all.

A huge shopping centre full of different shops and restaurants to pick from. You can buy almost anything from there, the only shop missing (off top of my head) is a pet shop. Shops include your standard Boots, clothes shops, jewellery/watches, crafting and there's even a comic shop. The restaurants has an excellent variety of food to choose from, Italian, Jamaican, etc, there's even a restaurant that sells dinosaur meat. There is a cinema although, I have not tried it yet. There are a couple of places that are dedicated to children activities such as rock climbing and trampolining (at least I think it's those two). Finally, there is a MASSIVE lake next to the shopping centre. You can walk around it if you wish ("only" 5 miles) and in the summer you can do stuff on the lake like paddling boats. The car park is free for up to 5 hours I believe, despite having a HUGE car park, it's often nearly full. I have seen many "A" spots which I believe stands for Accessible so I'm assuming they're wider than usual to accommodate disability needs. Finally, it's off the A45 a popular road so it's easy to find.

Great shopping centre, wide variety of stores, parking can be a nightmare depending on time, best very early or late in the day, midweek over weekend. Cafes and restaurants varied but again they are easily overwhelmed on busy days, and times. Nice Lakes and views around the retail park, would recommend a visit here.

Nanny n grandad got brave and took the grandsons 7yrs n 9yrs to 360 kids play. The place was great fun. I rang them as I don't do internet booking. The lady I spoke to was very polite n efficient. Boys had a busy fun filled afternoon. There's plenty for them to do we hardly saw them.. Everywhere was clean. Staff were spraying disinfectant regularly. Amazing fun for all and parents can go with kids if you take shoes off. There are lockers to put shoes etc I to. It is expensive for drinks but food looks good quality for price. Our boys were worn out so nan n grandad won a good afternoon and boys bedtime was a doddle. Thank you to a good staff who worked as a team.we will go for more fun soon. Please be respectful put your rubbish in bins provided. 💖💖😁😁

Great retail park! I was genuinely impressed with the wide range of shops. There’s also a lovely food area with Nando’s etc. Amazing views of the lake too - shame we couldn’t get on the swan boats as it was closed but will definitely be back again to try them!

Great place to shop. Excellent parking facilities up to 5 hours and long list of top restaurants to have a good meal. If you are in this area this is a must visit. The lake overlooking on the right side is fantastic and very clean. Child friendly atmosphere.

One of the best shopping centres around. Excellent mix of shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities all with free 5 hours of parking. Well laid out, clean and beautiful boardwalk by the lake to relax. Some restaurant's back on to the boardwalk with outdoor seating for the ultimate relaxing experience. Highly recommended. Can recommend the following Restaurants: Bill's, Five Guys, Blue Mountain Yard, Pizza Express, Wagamana. Shops: Levi's, Fraser's, Mountain Warehouse. Activities: Adventure Golf

Fabulous place providing M&S Primark, Next all main outlets for your pleasure. We had a delicious lunch and as it was a sunny day sat outside. Walked around the lake so enjoyed a great walk in nature too.

Nice place, nice shops.. could do with a little more diverse shops allowing more scope on ranges of clothes.. the activity end is great for all the family to enjoy... not used the cinema yet but planning on it very soon... can enjoy an afternoon here easily... the lake is lovely to sit around in the summer, especially on a warm evening

Great concept of having leisure, entertainment, retail and food on one site. Good selection of shops, but there can always be more! Decent range of eateries. Large car park. Need a few more loos.

Rushden Lakes - A place where you spend just as much time in your car than you do in the shops. To be honest on paper this “shopping hub” looks great but I’m not sure who was responsible for planning the car park. The variety of shops caters for everyone and there’s plenty of eateries on one side including large cinema complex.

This is like a huge outdoor outlet shopping experience. Plenty of parking. All the shops are large. Has a massive eatery section by the lakes with reed sculptures. Would imagine it's a delight during the summer days and evenings. I was here about 3 hours walking all around and stopping for a quick snack.
