I have been visiting Galleria Mall from last two and half years. It has lot of shopping options from clothes, sports, perfumes, shoes, suits, jewellery, crockery and many more. There is lot of parking space including multi storey parking. Lot of options for food like McDonald, Burger king, The harvester, Real China, Nando's, Pizza express, Sub way and Cafe Giardino are available. Galleria has facilities like Amazon Bird Locker, Photo-me, Massage Chairs etc. It also has the Covid testing centre as well. Lot of options for children.

We spent a few hours here on Friday. We visited TK Maxx, Pavers, Skechers, Holland and Barrett, Grape Tree, Craighoppers (they have fantastic bargains just now), M&S Outlet and Nero's. There are some great deals on now, and it is surprisingly quiet too. Parking is excellent, and with a disabled badge it's completely free as long as you register (just one time). Join the Privilege Club for free and get 10% discount at most stores.

The gallery is a shopping center for brands, at discount prices. The location is convenient, right on the M1 motorway. Spacious parking lots, of 7 floors. Parking is paid through the app, very convenient. The place has a huge and successful playground to keep the kids busy. At the moment there are several stores closed. Most shops are open. There are discount branches of Skechers shoes, Clark shoes. In clothes there is a large M&S store. A good discount brand store, T K MAXX. Sports shops, shops for camping and extreme trips. A lot of cosmetic shops, perfumes.... a bookstore at a discount. Of course, for those who get tired, there is a huge coffee shop of the Costa Coffee chain. There is a bridge over the road, which leads to the wing of the cinemas and restaurants. On Saturday at noon the place was crowded with diners.

I had the chance to visit the Galleria mall while I was in the UK, and I have to say it was an incredible experience. With two floors of shops, the mall provided a variety of shopping opportunities all under one roof and was immaculately clean. Shopping at Choice and Marks & Spencer was really fun for me. I enjoyed looking over their offerings and bought a few items of clothing after having a nice day. Overall, if you find yourself in the UK, I heartily suggest a trip to the Galleria in Hatfield. It's a fantastic area to shop, and the assortment of stores and level of cleanliness elevate the experience to the top tier.

Good place for family shopping. Kids can have fun at the Get Wild! soft play. There a lot of different shoes and clothes shops, beaty shops, books, toys and games shops. There also a food court with Nando`s, McDonald's, Prezzo, Real China and other. It has a big parking and it's easy to get there by public transport.

Shopped all day got plenty of bargains fantastic place to shop with little ones, they can hire a kiddy car that you push around for shopping. Also ride some dinosaurs in Dino Park, and there is a soft play in the middle ...

Lots of outlet and the prices are attractive. Best part is the kids can go play in the GET WILD, you meet to pay a bit but the prices are good. Car park has a lot of slot.

Been coming here for years. Has a decent enough choice of shops, though it seems to have changed its target audience quite dramatically. Restaurants there are a good variety and having eaten in a few, they all seem to be well run. Not a bad place to visit but not somewhere I would return to again and again. One of those were when you done turn, you seem to ask yourself why after.

I’d never been here before, often driving through underneath it on my way home. The choice of places to eat was excellent - a great variety to suit any pallet or pocket. There were a number of shops and high street chains there but wish there had been a greater variety so families could come to do their shopping. Where this place really succeeds is in areas of entertainment for children. Together with eating facilities it makes this a place for families. I’m so glad we dropped in to see what it was about

It boasts a unique open-air design, providing a pleasant shopping experience regardless of the weather. Was always an average shopping venue when it first opened but having returned recently after many years it was depressing. Lots of shops and spaces now closed and nothing at all worth going to see. They could close this down and maybe turn it into more of an entertainment venue for theatre and music.

Has all the outlet stores mostly. Not very rushy except during weekends. Few stores are closed forever. But overall it can give you an average shopping experience being in Hatfield. The food outlets are really nice.

A Pleasurable Shopping and Entertainment Hub The Galleria in Hatfield offers a delightful blend of shopping and entertainment, making it a go-to destination in the area. With its diverse range of stores, from high-street fashion to specialty shops, there’s something for everyone here. I found great deals at several outlets, which was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance of the mall is inviting, with a layout that's easy to navigate. It's spacious enough to accommodate weekend crowds without feeling too crowded. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the facilities are commendable. Dining options are varied, catering to a range of tastes and preferences. Whether it’s a quick snack or a leisurely meal, the choices are ample. Additionally, the cinema on-site offers a good selection of movies, making it a perfect spot for a family outing or a casual evening with friends. Customer service throughout The Galleria is generally good, with staff members being helpful and courteous. However, I did experience some delays in a few stores, possibly due to understaffing. Parking is convenient, but it can get a bit crowded during peak times. While this is expected, it's something to keep in mind when planning a visit. In conclusion, The Galleria in Hatfield is a great destination for a day of shopping, dining, and entertainment. It provides a pleasant experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. Definitely worth a visit whether you're a local or just passing through.

Love a good mouch here. Some days I go home with loads of different finds and some days with nothing. The parking is cheap (get a Galleria card) and good coffee shops and restaurants too. There is soft play, the cinema is also attached to it so something for everyone

Over the years the shops have changed quite alot from being a young child to now an adult with my own children visiting my nan plenty of restaurants. I feel the having a better variety of shops would bring in my custom. When searching online I found get wild which was above my expectation and my children ages from 3 to 11 absolutely loved the play area and had a blast.

A few decent shops that offer good value for money on clothes if you catch it right on the day. Never normally come away empty handed. Nice food places after all the shopping or cinema or kids places for them to let of some steam

The Galleria is a small and cozy shopping center, parking is easy and convenient. A number of outlet shops, though not a vast amount. Plenty of places to eat and also has a cinema. A good way to spend a few hours there on the weekend which has a flat parking rate.

  • 3/5 Nektaria A. 1 year ago on Google
It's OK as a shopping centre as it is closed and has ample parking. The cinema and restaurants are great for families ir couples. To my opinion only about a handful of the shops are worth visiting. The place itself lacks liveliness. There is so much space and so much more that can be done it just needs some effort and passion.

Went there on a Monday afternoon. Very quiet. Many of the outlets have closed. It feels like it's only a matter of time before the remainder shut. A shame.

The food and drunks were good, the fish was fresh cooked, and a couple of people had the burgers and said they were good too. The deep fried pickles were interesting, but would have been better with a selection of pickles, not just slices of gherkins. Nice pub in a nice area.

  • 3/5 ALH 8 months ago on Google
The centre is really nice and really open in the shopping hall which is nice. However the multi storey car park into the outlet section could've done with a better layout. There are 2 sets of lifts from the car park to the shopping centre, with only one set serving both shopping centre floors, so you need to be careful on which lifts to use. That particular set is quite dodgy as well. The other (main) set doesn't go down to 1, which is strange. I had to change lifts at floor 3 because of this.

Not too shabby of a mall. It's an outlet mall with lots of shops that have really good discounts. Good variety of food options; sadly missing a bar. Great fun for the kids as there some activities while parents shop.

I've been going to the Galleria occasionally for over 10 years and I'm still confused by it. It's clean, open and well staffed but it also feels somehow empty. A lot of store fronts seem to be closed perpetually and the variety of stores is not fantastic. It is however a very relaxed atmosphere.

Our favourite place to shop over the past 20 years. Lots of bargains to be found across the range of outlet stores. Easy parking and also places to get food and a pint. The centre always feels spacious and is never very crowded or noisy.

Doesn't take cash to park. If you do not have a credit card or Android phone...you're stuffed! Lots of empty units. Should be free parking with only a handful of decent shops.

  • 5/5 Jay 8 months ago on Google
Been going to this place for years. Even though shops open and close regularly here, it doesn't get crazy and it feels nostalgic. The empty stores need filling and the cafe on the upper floor needs to reopen and there will be more life!

  • 4/5 Szabolcs T. 6 months ago on Google
The place is alright. Nice, spacious and friendly with plenty of useful stores. The only downside is You have to pay for the parking... Nowadays 90+ % of the malls or shopping centers are coming with free parking. Not this place. +1 tip: if You visit it try the Real China "all You can eat" restaurant!

Feeling a little tired. Still, just about worth visiting what with the parking charge. A few more shops on the way out. Soon it won't be a destination.

It’s ok but there was the most awful noise coming from a bloke singing outside Caffè Nero this afternoon. In a busy and stressful shopping centre this is the very last thing anyone needed on a hot day. Why do places like this have to encourage noise pollution. It was also £3 to park for less than an hour! Extortionate when there aren’t even that many shops.

Nice shopping centre with a good amount of shops, cinema and restaurants. Has a good mix of places and generally a nice place to roam around and spend the day at. It is the only Mall in Hatfield so this place remains very busy from morning itself during the weekends where families spent time together and kids can play around in play area. There are many shops from TKMax to Sketchers and many more to fill up your shopping bags.

Visited a long time after my first visit with friends. Lack of consumers apparent. Had.a good stroll around. Shops appear to be struggling here like the high streets in many places Needs something to liven it up and draw in customers. Car park, children's areas are good.

The Galleria would appeal more to Families or Older Adults but if you are a young adult and/or student there are little to no shops here. It is far from an outlet and they really need more diversity of stores here. They have 3-4 suit stores but little to no leisure and designer brands... Like many have said here... it is a calm place to visit almost like a ghost town. Management needs to bring in more stores considering it is the next nearest outlet to London's Wembley outlet and a home to University students.

Spent £1.30 for a 15 min walk around an almost empty shopping complex. The cinema is good, TX Max for those who like the experience. Gant looked okay, but that was it, oh winter wear shops... poster and sport memorabilia. A mistake, again, I'll check it out in another 3 years. Difficult location, dead environment, charging for parking 😒 . Free parking please

  • 2/5 Ali S. 2 years ago on Google
Before the pandemic it was a lively shopping centre. Now barely any shops & numerous empty outlets. Eerily quiet. Better off going to the Atria in Watford if you want to visit a selection of shops & restaurants. If it wasn't for a big property developer owner then definitely would've closed by now.

  • 3/5 Janine 2 years ago on Google
Only had time to look around as I was walking, due to having other places to be, and husband has a low shopping threshold. The ladies toilets were blocked off, which was really annoying having done a sponsored walk to get to them. Hate designs of these places putting the women's toilets the furthest away. Always the same, had to trek downstairs where there are fewer cubicles, and more risk of a queue. Glad I wasn't busting by then. Clean at least though.

We are not coming very often here ,just once in a while still it is a cozy place to shop, why I am saying cozy it is a small shopping center ,not a huge one still you can find most things you searching for ,some items I did not find,I do recommend to come early between 10 am -16 pm ,after 4 it is empty .If you travelling by car keep in mind to pay for your parking before you leave the building, the ticket machines are inside .Otherwise you have restaurants and coffee shops around so sit down and enjoy .

Hand Face Space Consideration, I must say there is ample variety within the Galleria to bag yourself a bargain. I visited to pick up a article of clothing reserved by another store. All in all hassle free experience.

  • 4/5 Family A. 2 years ago on Google
Pre Xmas shopping break. Parking is busy but extra parking is open and short distance walk. The place is extremely busy. Masks are on (not for most children) and plenty of security around. Loads of children activities and parents are on long queue to keep children entertained. Many beautiful Xmas picture spots added - very nice touch but definitely need antibacterial stations around them. Good shop selection. Little sad to see fair numbers of shops did not survive the Covid years. Restaurant by lunch time were very busy. Plenty of space for sitting around while waiting for the shopping addicts to return bags full. For wet day, nothing around is a better shopping alternative.
