    Extremely bad service. Rooms are pathetic. Owner is irresponsible and don't know how to handle customers. Waiters talks very rudely with Customers. Overall very very disappointing stay.

    Very costly, water bottle 20mrp but they charge 25 + tax extra .i suggest never to visit. Dhabha will be better as compared to quality of food.

    Decent ambiance and decent quality of food. But service is lil poor. But no private space for family lunch/dinner or no private room for friends gathering too. Only open hall with 7 to 8 tables

    We liked our visit to blue moon. Prices were genuine, quantity was amazing & service was also top class. Butter chicken & shahi panerr were a big hit.     When I saw the entrance of the hotel, I was surprised at first, and when we went inside of the hotel, I was surprised again. For two days, I was very impressed and I thought a lot in positive ways. I always had a desire to visit again and I wanted to get a hotel like that inn.
