This is my first time at the shop and it was really great experience...stafs are very polite and friendly...I found such a pretty frock... they have so many options in clothing and footwear at reasonable price... Very nice place for shopping for kids....You must go there.

I have best experience in the shop just because of the Mr Vikas who is CRO. He is providing all the details suggestions which was helpful for me and the couple who would be blessed with first child. I am dead sure you will love the visit with this men during shoping. Thanks firstcry for much needed support in shopping.

Very poor service at first cry outlate at Ballia,UP,they simply mis selling their products to customers without showing actual bill and will includes some extra items in your bill to increase bill amount and after that they will forced you to exchange extra item with any other item.very rude and harsh customer service
