They have made too much appartments due to which arrhenius of the place has been compromised and one can feel suffocative and common amenities are also not so good. Garden is so small that it can't accommodate people of 440 appartments. And they have really done joke in name of swimming pool. Also construction quality is not good, the Italian marble which they are providing is of so poor quality that it started cracking Also the rates haven't increased a penny, the rate which they are providing before 3 years are still same. I won't recommend this appartments at such high price.

very rarely u get to see a residential scheme where the promoters r passionate about the people who would be living there. they r constantly updating the amenities and trying to give as much as possible. even though there are so many blocks, one gets to feel very spacious in terms of air and light in the house which is rare considering the location !

Sales Manager at Cloud 9 office is so arrogant and rude behavior. Treating customer by their status. First time had very very very bad experience ever since. Owner should change sales manager. No sense of how to treat and handle customer kindly with respect. Prices are zombies : they collect non-refundable deposits in lakhs for the sake of 3 years maintenance. Just collecting extra money.
