Basicaly It's a playground for practicing cricket and all . Many state Govt. organised programmes like Book fair, Yuba Utsav etc. Take place at this ground. It is at the heart of Chandannagar town .

very good place for playing outdoor games specially Cricket, but the ground has so many dust. Here also has so many Cricket clubs and Cricket Coaches who trains the boys well. Here also comes the students of Chandernagore College for playing Cricket.Beside the ground there has a Church, a school named St. Antony.

Place for health conscious, athletes, players. Also a cricket coaching centre for various adjoining clubs. A leisurely place for all ages. But the condition of the ground is pathetic. Majority of the place is barren and devoid of grass making it a hard surface and tough for all types of playing.

Very nice place surrounded by Churche, schools, sports clubs, Corporation etc. I think this the heart of Chandernagore. Very adjacent to Chan'gore stand & Rabindra bahawan also. Also there have some tea shop, restaurant, ice cream parlor, tatoo parlor etc nearest on.

Good place but there is no place for good parking

Good place to let your kids play, practice cricket and other sports. With two clubs maintaining the ground, it offers a good place to train you, & your kids

This is very good place for playing, jogging and also there are two renound club beside it.

Only Sports should be allowed, no pujas no fairs...grass should be grown heavily..let the breathing and sporting place grow not tampered

Love, love and love it,I spent my best time of life while there. The entire school life. So many changes are now there but the essence of the spot is as before.

Its a huge playground. But be aware, lot's of amateurs are there playing cricket or football. It can be dangerous for kids. 🏏⚽️

Too dirty, a play ground for children without grass. Stones, dust, garbage and fully uneven.

The periphery of the field is rectangular and there are three clubs adjacent to it for cricket training. This ground hosts both day and night matches and wall climbing facility is also available along with floodlights.

Big maidaan for playing cricket and football

Once upon a time it was a good playgound for cricket specially for inter school or inter club freandly matches.but now it become a gathering place only for teenegers and localites.the condition of this ground very poor due to maintainense.

Good place for sporting activities. Cricket coaching available with local clubs. Site for rock climbing of Chandannagar Mountaineering Association is also located here.
