They were caught by Wazir Khan, When he (Subha Sirhind) failed to embrace them to accept Islam, he bricked alive two sahibzadas to martyrdom, upon came to know about the great martyrdom of Baba Fateh Singh and Baba Jorawar Singh, Mata Gujri ji who was kept hold on bare cold floor on top of the building collapsed. (Gurudwara Thanda Buraz is located on this place) The Subha Sirhind was so cruel. Sri Toddar Mal ji who was then affluent business had to pay whopping amount in gold coins (the value of that amount can not be counted or estimated) to purchase a piece of land for the cremation of sahibzadas.
