The third musketeer among the famous Three----Howrah, Sealdah and Barddhaman, Barddhaman Railway Junction Is a very important Junction Station on Howrah --Delhi Main Line and is located in Purba Bardhaman.This always busy and crowded station is nodoubt the life source of Bardhaman, the "Rice-Bowl" of India. This station has eight platforms, a pay and use modern toilet, seperate restrooms for men and women and some good eateries👌👌. This station of Eastern Railway Divison is the terminate point of Howrah - Bardhaman Main Line and Howrah - Bardhaman Chord Line. Howrah-Allahabad-Mumbai line, Bardhaman-Azimganj, Bardhaman-Katwa, Bardhaman-Asansol------these are other tracks passes through Bardhaman. The station is developing, many modern facilities are now available like Escalater but as passengers are numerous, more modern passenger-friendly measures need to be introduce. Though there are two overbridges, another one is the need of the hour.

Even though there is a mic on the platform in six, seven and eight, the mike surrounds Can neither understand nor hear Stations six and seven have no provision for extra dirty bathrooms There is a lack of cleanliness to catch platforms 6 and 7Burdwan station 1234 5 and six seven except platform number 8 After all stations clean all system good

Clean and well maintained railway station having good connectivity to major stations like Howrah, Durgapur, Dhanbaad etc. Good number of tea, snacks and sweets shops inside the station. Proper announcement are done for all trains passing through. Also have escalator for the comfort of passengers. Only issue they have less railway personals for selling local train tickets.

No doubt that Bardhaman railway station is a big station and beautiful too. But It should be more clean. Railway Management should focus on cleanliness of the railway station. Newly constructed escalator facilities is there but most of the time it unavailable... Overall a good junction you can go anywhere of the country many express train pass through this junction.

No, doubt this is a beautiful junction in its own way. Bardhaman is a renowned place for colleges and the Burdwan university. Maintenance of the place is excellent and water supply is also good. There are total 8 platforms in this station. An escalator facility is also available here. But most of the time the escalator is off. Every hour you can find local trains to Kolkata or Howrah junction from the bardhman junction. ATM machine is also available outside the station.

It is junction station uder howrah division.most of the time crowded. Don't visit here without ticket because there is number of TTE present all time , and also don't break any rule because RPF are so active. Happy journey..💕

Very nice place with seating and floating staircase. The place is fairly clean and you will find food shops around it. And get out and about.

They gave us free chocolates when we came. You can literally see your face everywhere , the cleanliness is this much good here . They are so polite. So passionate about their work. It's such a beautiful place. Definitely a place to visit if you come to burdwan. It will take a day to visit it.

Nice halting station of many Express trains and as well as local trains . Maintained property for such small station .

Barddhaman railway station is situated in East Bardhaman district and it's a good place . It consists of 8 platform.Escalator facility is available but sometimes is doesn't work, atvm facility is available ,many small good food stalls are there in platform

Burdwan station is very very crowded. Trains pass but there's too much misinformation about platforms on which trains stop.

Renovation is going on right now. The services will be good after the completion of the work...

Much much better than before. New escalators are here to help the passengers. I think every railway station has improved a lot than before.
