Visited the place for child’s haircut. First of all the charge was Rs. 486 and secondly the staff did not do the good haircut. When we pay that amount of money we definitely expect a good service and to have the hair set properly but all they did was give a haircut and wipe off the extra hair. Neither he properly set that nor combed. I had visited this place once for mine haircut and I had a terrible haircut as they guy was overconfident and not good at work. They are just located in good place else quality wise 0. Not at all recommended. Yes definitely people go there because they are located in the mall else trust me they are overrated and quality wise I give a big 0.

She is polite, punctual and absolutely professional with what she does. I definitely suggest her if you are looking for a perfect makeup for your events even without any trial.

Really bad experience at Rlaunch Ozone Galleria! I had waxing (from Miss Madhu) and what they call RICA one (costliest in pricing) is best one for removing even small hairs. Its disappointing when hair start growing after 10 days of waxing and it feels like you have used razor. Also, ear piercing done by Mr Thakur is not accurate on both sides. They are good at selling and charges are like a premium salon but they are failing at providing premium services. I will not suggest anyone unless they improve their services.

I went for a hair spa and I had a wonderful experience. the stylist and in a moment it felt it was one experienced set of hands handling it. Very content with the service. Not just the service, she explained every other detail for the skin/hair concerns I had. I would definitely recommend the salon. Giving a heads up for their staffs.. 👍

Visited Rlaunch dhanbad, Galleria Mall.. Paid 10000.. the staff was not cooperative... They don't know the value of time.. they said it will take only 2hrs but it took me 5hrs there... I am very unhappy with ur service... Worst service

Unprofessional behaviour by staff Richa, i went there for hair straightening and she didn't co-operated with me at all. She didn't mentioned what precautions i need to take and when i asked on call she said she mentioned but i don't remember, again she said they don't allow free hair wash after straighting and when i talked to other person from the same parlour he said yes we are providing and it's mandatory or else hair will get damaged. She was only focusing to sell her products and take membership plan and the cost was also different for hair straightening, on call cost was low but when i visited there they charged 1000rs more,what they told me on call.Plz don't go there, quality wise not good
