On the back side of sandish compound , this is a nice restaurant. A really very good restaurant in bhagalpur. On the 8th floor , it is the roof top restaurant with both open air and indoor facilities. The ambience was good ,staffs were polite. The service is up to the mark . We enjoyed the dinner with family. A nice place for get together either with friends or family. Food was tasty.

Very bad experience,...please don't book this hotel for any kind of event (engagement or marriage). We booked this hotel for engagement purpose, they never switched on the A.C. manager is also dumb. Receptionist (priyanshi) was very rude, she doesn't even know what her work is, and how to deal with customers. Not at all worth booking this hotel for any event. waste of money.

I would like to start with "Worst Experience". Visited only restaurant with family. Came with happy mood and returning with spoiled evening. Service was very very slow. Waiter doesn't even know how to serve on the tables. Not sure if they understand also because after a request also required service was not provided. However food was ok but not so great at this price range and the way hotel projects themselves. My honest opinion, I would request if you don't want to spoil your evening, please look for some other place and I am sure you will find better that this.

Approx eight kilometres away from Railway Station. A budget-friendly Inn for corporate employees, government employees and couples. Chinmaye Inn matches the guidelines of ''great ambience rule'' Also, You will get 24-Hour room service, parking, Free wireless internet access, Laundry service and finally a rooftop restaurant also there. However, they don't match the International standards that's probably because there is a lack of activity, growth and infrastructure stagnation in Bhagalpur.

Was a part of a 3 day stay nd event at this place recently. The place is good to stay at if one is looking for a prime location. Interiors are well kept , food quality is also upto the mark if not great. But But But when it comes to service nd event management, the place is a failure. The event manager is an utterly rude person, the waiters nd other staff have no practical sense regarding serving the guests. A simple nd basic order of dal chawal nd a curry might take around 1.5-2hrs even when the restaurant is completely empty. Definitely not a place to dine-in if you have other available options.

The service is a little slow here and the pricing is on the expensive side but apart from that the food, the hygeine, the view, the vibe, the music all of it is amazing. The hospitality is good too. You can keep revisiting the place with your friends and families.

Pathetic Pathetic experience in stay .Firstly they gave me a room which took me forever to find.Infact the receptionist also took a while in figuring out the room .Comes out room no was not written.It was some ladies resting room.Then no mirror I was shocked.Also hygiene was a major issue..The room service delivered in trays which looked totally unclean.The breakfast buffet was also pathetic.It was like literal begging for a dosa which took forever to be served.Ultimately left without having it.Also the receptionist Mr Sanar was totally confused and even took forever for check out formalities also despite prior intimation.A complete no to stay here.I was on official visit and had Pathetic pathetic experience.

This place is bit pricey for the location (i.e. Bhagalpur). But, the food is too good. Order anything from the menu, you don't have to worry about the taste.

We had organised reception here . They took whole amount in advance . On the day of event AC was not working for which they said that its technical fault and for technical fault Hotel can't take any responsibility . Expected better service from this hotel.

As my parental home is Bhagalpur I felt proud to be back after so many year's and stay at Chinmaya Inn. The ambiance of the hotel can be compared to any metropolitan city hotel from reception to the food. The breakfast and food quality was grade 1.

Never ever going again. One of the worst service ever. I ordered Veg Biryani . It took really long time serve. Raita was very sour in taste🤮 I asked them to change it. Instead of changing it they added the sugar in it and served the same 🤮🤬😖. Staff is arguing with the same. Again I called the staff, they were hiding and laughing. Quality of food is worst. Even though pricing are on the expensive side yet they don't able to maintain the quality. Ambiance is very bad, silan on the wall, ac leaking finally requested them to switch it off. See PPL come with family n friends to enjoy weekend/holiday. Not to spoil their mood. Please look into this. I also filled the feedback from.

I had a pleasant stay for 2 days at the hotel. Family friendly atmosphere with safety at a good location. The food served was fresh and tasty. Prompt service was given by the hotel staff. The only issue at the hotel is that the wifi network service is unavailable and few of the staff were not presentable (stinky footwear and clothes).

Recently had the opportunity to host my marriage function here. Ambience wise it's good but the services are highly poor. Initially they provided a budget of around 5-6 lakh for the food and decoration ( that too mediocre) but eventually they deftly added other services and charged 10 Lac. At such budget you can get better in Bhagalpur itself as they don't have open garden or proper room service. The caterers also were not so active. Guests were still there and the food got finished. And the hefty amount they charge at the end by adding services that are not even asked is a further disaster.

Restaurant Service levels are pathetic. They couldn't serve starters even in 1 hour 45 min. They kept delaying even taking order for main course so that they can delay further. My life's worst experience so far.

One of the best hotels in bhagalpur, be it be the restaurant or the rooms.... Everything is well maintained, friendly staffs and the quality of food is best among all the restaurants in bhagalpur. Restaurant has an amazing view of a part of the city and definitely a great place for a weekend get together. Do try the chicken malai tikka here, the chicken 65 and chicken tandoori and many more.... Ohh god the list does not end.

When it started it was pretty good but then now it's not worth the hipe. Now it's over rated. Food is good but service is too slow no proper management. Food comes after 40 mins of placing an order and that too one by one the dishes come. Mojitos are not even chilled and the syrup is completely residued at the bottom. Coming to ambience, it's good but AC doesn't work well and even drips water.

we have booked the banquet hall which was good but the starters were not good as the starters were removed quickly and main course were served very late and and we told the waiters to serve the cake but they told that we will put the cake on the desert counter and told us that people will take the cake on their own and the gravy dishes were too sweet .

Chinmaye inn is the best one hotel in Bhagalpur. This is eight storied building with all modern amminity. Rooms are very neat and clean. Facility of this inn is very osum. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very delicious.
