Stayed there with my father for my exam. First they denied my online booking saying that they have closed online booking. Finally they agree to give us a room. What they offered was very poor room with no facility. Room service was non existent . No phone in the room. Bathroom shower was non functional. AC was starting and shutting down with continuous beep sound all night. I stayed there I had to appear for my exam very next day. We paid a premium amount for deluxe room and received lemon.

The location is very much accessible, as it is in the middle of town. Rooms are good, and the hotel is new along with a restaurant on the ground floor. The room had a refrigerator, AC and kind size bed.

The Junior level staffs are decent and more professional. Upper level staffs in hierarchy are highly unprofessional and rude, zero coordination between staffs, zero management, zero decency. The topmost manager acts as local roadside goon. If you want a happy and decent stay, this hotel is highly non recommendable.

Highly unprofessional, my hotel is booked for 8th dec to 10th dec 2022, for two nights. I reached the hotel at 1 am i.e on 9th Dec (Paid in advance). Now sitting restless after 12 hour journey from Bangalore to Bhagalpur. The hotel has given my room to someone else saying he has not received any communication from travel agent. One more person is sitting in the lobby who has also made the payment in advance. After travelling for more than 12hours, when i needed to rest the most, i am sitting inside the lobby at 2am of this pathetic hotel writing this review. So never ever book this hotel and if even after reading this review you want to book. Confirm with the hotel of your booking before leaving your city.

The hotel is decent at the price and service is good. It's in a calm neighborhood so good for a peaceful stay for business trips. It's close to the airport and railway junction. The food is also quite good in terms of quality and quantity. Liked it!!

All the basic amenities were available. Only dislike is the cleanliness of the bed sheet provided. The breakfast choice is also very limited. Over all good hotel in the given budget. The staff is also helpful.

I was deeply disappointed by the rude behavior of the owner. This unexpected and unprofessional conduct left a negative impression on me. I hope the owner can work on improving their interactions with guests to ensure a more welcoming and enjoyable experience.

If you compare it with its peer hotels nearby then this is little bit expensive. Service is not well. Restaurant in this hotel is slightly higher in price and taste is not so good.

Despite my prior & confirm booking they kept me waiting till 10:00 pm for a room. Because they were busy to provide room to some of their favourite people. No TV, No Phone nothing was working. The mattress and blanket were totally dirty.

My wife and I are traveling across India for the first time and stopped in Bhagalpur after a grueling travel day driving an auto rickshaw. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and we were offered a comfortable place to sit and a cold drink immediately. We are accustomed to hotels in the US, and this compares very well. Our room was top notch. I highly recommend this lovely place.

This hotel has worst staff I have ever came across. I made a reservation through MMT and I even got confirmation when I made a call in hotel. When I went to the hotel, the owner spoke so rudely and literally he was shouting. There was marriage ceremony on that day so he didn’t gave me the room. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone…

Best hotel in bhagalpur i am regularly stay from last 6 month in this hotel , staff behaviour is good, breakfast is very nice , i always enjoy breakfast before time. Best part is all types of food available here like south indian , chinese etc. Room service is also good ...neat and clean hotel ...you can visit once and enjoy services.

Very rude attitude of hotel manager. Book hotel for few guests.done all dealing verbally, booked 3 rooms , check in done in 3 rooms. At the time of payment they would conveniently deny it and shout at you infront of guest so that you just over pay them for 6 rooms

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. We made a stay for a competitive entrance examination and hence our smallest details and concerns were taken care of like from isolation of rooms to morning breakfast. The staff were too cooperative & professional. Hope to make another stay in the future.

Room location and food also so so but we arrange a corporate evebt ovwe there but the staff behavior is not good, along with owner they are not able to arrange anything extra on the last moment, I got extra 6 guest by they don't able provide the food plate for them charge the cost bit don't serve tge full plate food, really had a overall very bed experience . Awesome interior and clean rooms. But not good for engagement or reception purpose. Hospitality is very bad. Food is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Attendants or waiters attitude were bad. Decorators are good and humble. The only issue is with the service of the hotel. They are too slow on their job and sometimes you will face water scarcity in the event.

Worst hotel. First they charge you higher then others, then they will keep eye on everything you do. They don't mind there own business aur har bat pe tokenge. Managerial staff here seems like local gundaa, talks rudely and keeps you reminding that you are on there property. Ok Bhai sahab ap apni property rakh lo, hamse galti ho gayi aakar.

My personal recommendation is that Max inn is probably one of the best place to stay in BGP. I have booked it through Easymytrip. I didn't expect such a decent rooms at the most reasonable price in a small town. The rooms are quite spacious. There was a small sitting area before entering the bedroom. A large widow provides sunlight and fresh air. ACs were new and did not leak. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

One of the best hotel to stay in Bhagalpur. I personally recommend to stay in this hotel once.. and also try food in his resto, if you are vegetarian than please try Rani Palak. Thank you Max Inn and his team 👍🙂

Nice hotel. Courteous staff but price at higher side considering same being in Bhagalpur. Room service may be delayed. I requested for bathroom slipper but never received that. That's though ignorable. Overall nice experience.

The arrangement and facilities of the hotel are good. The cleanliness and the quality of the food of the restaurant is good. It holds its place among the few hotels in Bihar.

I visited this hotel . The quality of the food was the worst. I visited with my family on 25th October at 10 pm and the next morning each of us were suffering from food poisoning. The price was too high to fit the quality of the food. Street food is better than this hotel. If you want to stay healthy, then stay away from this hotel. The hotel should be inspected by authorities. Who's gonna pay for the treatment of my family? Please work on this.
