Hotel Interior are poor. Room service staffs are unprofessional. They don't know how to behave with customer. Cutleries used to serve food is in pathetic condition. Overall experience of staying is not good at all as compare to other hotels in locality.

Bhawna restaurant is one of the best in Bhagalpur city. Eating there since childhood & still love the taste. Especially their chilli paneer. Do try them once, you will love it!

Don’t ever book the hotel for any kind of event like marriage, engagement since the Manager Chauhan is really the fraud person My engagement was there on 31st March they charged me per plate and the item which where mentioned in the menu wasn’t provided on the event day even the manager Chauhan said while booking that we provide 2 complementary ac room on the event day and then on the event day he denied for the same These guys make fool and think that they are the boss of Bhagalpur no one can do anything with them I would suggest never to go to that place since the manager itself is Fraud

Building is well mentioned, established at busy and main route of bhagalpur. price comparatively high but one of best hotel of Bhagalpur.

Located at the best place of Bhagalpur but not services and rooms are very dirty

Location is good, rooms are good but none of the rooms have a good bathroom. Some or the other thing is missing or broken in the bathroom and most of the rooms have indian style toilet. Western toilets have either broken seat or hand jet is missing. There are very few double bed rooms, most of the double rooms have 2 single beds combined. Most of the rooms have age old window ac. Dominos is just at walking distance. There is a good rolls joint named big bite opposite to this hotel.

Great experience and hospitality love the place and the ambience..must visit. Giving it 5/5
