Absolutely pathetic service. I had visited this place to have good time with my friends. While having dinner, some items from the menu was finished and I was surprised to see that they totally refused to serve them again. I mean, what kind of buffet is that! Not even apologized for their pathetic service. The manager was very rude and didn't bother to entertain our problems. I won't recommend it to anyone, especially those going with their friends. These guys totally spoiled my weekend. I would suggest everyone to look for other hotel options that are cheaper and much better than this expensive nightmare.

One of the worst experiences ever. So much so that you guys don't even give water to your guest. Phones don't work, AC doesn't work and service people don't care! I am a senior officer in a company that is tied up with you, I will ensure you get no further bookings from us!

For few bucks, this hotel allows fraud companies like Windsor Hotel and resorts to conduct fraudulent seminars in its premises. Windsor hotels are well known to cheat customers and none of the feedback of the company is on a positive note. One can check Facebook to see all of its 1 star ratings. It is high time for Ashoka Grand to rise above the cheap and not allow such fake and fraudulent company to cheat customers in their property.

Best hotel I experienced in bhagalpur. Located at such a place where no sound disturb you. Room were neat and clean. No mosquitoes and bed bug problem. Only receptionist behaviour was rude and igoist. I can suggest you should once try here.

What a cheap hotel, Ashoka Grand Tower 2 1 day lapsed, but still he not provided atleast towel and shop. Geyser working only in morning what a cheap logic.

Location is near Bus stand and Railway station. So, there is high traffic congestion. Also few rooms may be bit noisy due to above reasons. Parking is available, thats big plus. Rooms are good. Below pictures are of suite. But otherwise also rooms are good and spacious. Food is bit costly. As in other hotels, no buffet breakfast provided for MAP plans. You have to order in rooms. Service is very good. I called hotel when I was at work and they arranged food for me in midnight. Staff is cordial and welcoming.

I booked this hotel for ring ceremony and the services they provided were pathetic.. They promised a lot and did nothing.. First of all there were scarcity of hotel staff. They served cold food to the people. There were not enough staff to handle the gathering of 100 people.. And the taste of the food was below poor.. Please anyone don't book this hotel for any purpose they will just loot your hard earned money and you will regret later... Take this as a warning.

I had a great experience. I arrived at the hotel the day after my booking day due to train delay. I requested them to give me room for 1-2 hours to just freshen up. They had no need to help me at all as my arrival was after the checkout time of my booked day. But, the receptionist and the management was so kind that they accepted my request, and were sweeter to keep my bags when I was out for work.

Room are ok but need to maintenance properly and but poorly designed. Windows are not well fitted, so won't be able to help in blocking road noise. Restaurant is good and they serve free buffet breakfast based on your plan. They need to work for power backup system in day time too.

Service is not up to the mark.. We have called the hotel 5-6 times for garbage collection, but they still haven't done it.. The staff is polite.. The rooms are good, but it is located very near to the railway and bus station and there is constant loud noise from honking busses, even at night.. If service is improved, it can be considered, even for long stays..

Very poor service , and I stayed in a suite room worth Rs.4k , which was filthy and not maintained at all. Waste of money. Living room TV was taken out before I checked in, intercom telephone not working , bathroom faucets were defunct , during check out receptionist refused card payment citing machine is out of order and in threatening voice asked to pay in cash or UPI. Entire hotel does not have emergency exit map, hardly any sign or siganage except few cannister of fire extinguishers. Buffet breakfast has 3 items- bread toast/ idli-sambar/ Paratha/Puri with eggs to order, and not counting tea, coffee ,juice It has lost its charm that I've seen couple of years back, really complete waste of money .

Very bad service. No staff. No luggage carrier. No hot water in bathroom. Staff behaviour very rude. I am with my family of 27 person. Each of them fight for basic need of water. This type of service they served. Not Safe for women. I Do not recommend any of person for to stay this hot. This review is behalf of my all family.

I attended meeting in banquet hall on top. Hall is big sufficent to handle crowd of 150. Outside is open terrace from where u can see large part of bhagalpur which looks amazing. Food is good for me good means tasty nd non spicy food . Staffs are polite

The room is clean....they provide complimentary breakfast which is good... But I don't like the food....as it was more salty☺... Room service was ok..some of the staff were super cool... Nd some were little😁... Other than that I love the place.... Will recommend uh surely😍

Actually we are travelling from Hyderabad to sikkim all the hotels are good but this Ashoka grand hotel in bihar was worst. In room ac water is leaking, They changed room twice but some or the other problem were there A.c is not working ,Fan is not working either too fast or too slow, geyser not working, worst room service, For giving one star also not worth, Really the worst hotel i won't recommend this hotel at all
