I visit the restaurant here. Extremely bad experience. Worst service one can think of. Reception is really rude and waiters are bunch of untrained people. Made a mistake went there to waste my time and moneym

Nothing luxury in this hotel.... Pros: 1)Was unable to find one Cons: 1)extremly old hotel with age old Air conditioner that literally don't work. 2) poor room service and rooms dirty rooms. they didn't change the pillow cover and towels and dirty used towel and pillow covers were given to me. and when asked they were arguing with me. 3) just beware of the lifts. it can fall anytime soon. 5) and never try to find ac remote...as there are none. 6) with such huge tariff of Rs1450+ 18.5% tax for delux room...it is a dark spot on the name of luxury hotels. 7) Last one...mattress in rooms are soo old that it has become rock solid. so bye bye good night sleep.

It is a decent hotel to stay. Tariff is economical & rooms are good. Service is good, food is good. Location is not good. It is situated on a busy crossing & there is too much noise in rooms. You have to buy water for drinking.

Worst service ever i have seen during my first visit in Bhagalpur of Panchawati.. Customer treeted like Gawaar person did not know anything, Fully ignored by counter staff for service & food.

We visited its restaurant for lunch, We have ordered Murg Musallam(full), chiken biriyani, and butter nan, I must say murg musallm is delicious, they provided planty of chiken together with just Rs 475, More over we enjoyed it But one star less is for late arrival of food, it took nearly 1hour 15 mins, as a party is going on there, Happy Visiting :)

Last week I thought Royal darbar was worst restro in the city ... But today I came to know that This Panchwati can beat That place too in terms of vahiyatpan ...... 1. It took them to 1 hr to serve 1 bottle of water after calling for 3 times. 2. How do you supposed to eat paneer tikka without any souces ? I would be giving zero to this place out of 5 star if google map had permitted to do so.

There is no car parking. Very noisy owing to proximity to main road. Bathroom is not well maintained. Rooms are not spacious.
