Doctor is good but environment of hospital is very horrible. This hospital for mental treatment but process of taking appointment is big metal stress and harresment for patient and their family. I went to hospital at 9.50 AM and ask for appointment. They told that come at 1 PM. And they didnot give any token number. Main point here that they told everyone same timing and no number. After sometime, i saw that one people came and gave 50 rs to one of staff. And he got appointment within 15- 20 min. I surprised and Is this status of this big hospital?. I humble request to doctor and hospital management if you dont know these problem, please inspect these problems and take proper action. This problems gave lot of stress and bad impression of doctor and clinic. If you not able to increase salary of staffs then please increase fee of doctor but donot promot these types of activity. This is giving very bad impression towards bihar health awarness. Lot of people came from outside of bhagalpur and they lot of hope on doctor and clinic..sir. I never seen this type of facility outside of bihar. There is no phone appointment and no token system. They didnot ask money directly , they took money indirectly. Please take money directly.

One of the best doctors in Bhagalpur for Psychiatrists. But facilities are not good enough. Consultation fee is for old patient RS. 500, for new Rs. 800 and for emergency they charge Rs 1200-1500. That is very costly, i have never seen this fee in Bangalore. Hospital staff is not much Helpful. That need to improve.

The doctor (Dr Arun kumar sinha ) was good and all but the behaviour of his head staff at (chemist shop) was so rude he was acting like as he owns that place
