A decent gym located at a prime location. Along with the gymnasium they have facilities like sauna, massage, dance classes and yoga classes. Gym has almost all the equipments and plenty of dumbbells and barbells. They have both men and women trainer to help and provide you guidance. The main gym floor is not that big, it does get quite crowded during peak hours like morning 7am to 9:30am. They do have a seperate crossfit area and a seperate floor for yoga and dance classes. A big plus is them having their own parking space. You don't need to worry about your vehicle as they have one person in the parking lot to keep an eye on the vehicles. Overall a decent gym I'd say

A bit expensive but worth it

The staffs are friendly, and stands out from other gym as it has steam bath and separate section for cross fit. They use a high tech machine to measure the fat and muscle mass, it helps to keep a track of your workout result. I am taking PT from Shekhar Sir, He is very polite and professional and just in 6 sessions I lost 1 kg fat and gained mass. He always makes sure that the workout varies depending upon the the weekly results of my fat and muscle 💪. .

I have been a part of this gym for a quite a long time now, so qualify to give a review based on my experience overall. Well for sure it's one of the most equipped gym you can find, healthy environment and proper hygiene is maintained. In the recent times of Covid they did follow protocols which makes us a safe place to be. Talking about the trainers here, Gautam sir was one of the best trainers this gym had. Unfortunately he has left it for some personal reasons but now we have another new trainer which has proven the best so far, Rahul sir. He is really helpful and helps you in your weightloss/ musle gain journey.
