One of the worst hospital ever seen in my life. 1. None of the doctors wear PPE kit. 2. Inside ICU one doctor is wearing PPE kit and examining all patients without sanitizing. 3. Anyone can go inside ICU. No restrictions. 4. Security outside ICU is friendly and allows everyone with mask and without mask inside the ICU. 5. No AC inside ICU. 6. All billing counters have full AC. 7. Power outages are very regular. 8. High risk consent signature will be taken at the beginning itself before admitting in ICU. 9. There is back entrance where most of the people are allowed to go 2nd floor ICU. 10. Doctor will not be available in ICU always. 11. Hospital staffs wear half mask with nose outside. 12. Whatever you purchase for patients from ground floor hospital pharmacy, half of the items will be given back to pharmacy itself. In front of you they will take the cover and give in pharmacy. 13. Covid test are done and results will not be given in this hospital. 14. ICU charge is INR 6999 per day. 15. Each Doctor visiting to ICU will charge INR 1500 16. All tests will be taken without informing us and in the bill we can see the all the tests. 17. Especially kidney test will be done for sure and doctor will say there is a suspected infection. 18. Apart from our issue, everything will be taken care. 19. Hospital looks good from outside but not inside. 20. No parking available. 21. No Ambulance I saw. 22. They will call doctors from other hospital to check and they will charge INR 1500 23. Bill's will be generated on daily basis and from reception you will get call to pay the bill before 5pm. 24. For food or juice we need to travel 2 kms. 25. Not a recommended hospital.

Worst hospital in the whole world.They are just there to charge hefty amount of money. They just keep patients life at stake for making bills.No proper patient care Not a single real qualified doctor.If you care for your loved ones please don't go there.

Not so good. The building of hospital is huge with nicely organised premises. All medical test facilities available here but treatment process isn't nicely managed. Doctors seldom visits here, patient mostly stay depended on nurses and other medical staffs. Here lack of communication also one can see between fee counter and other counters like test and bill, it's just because this hospital isn't technically well developed in this term. It's costly enough. Cleanliness is good. Safety and security is good. Public convenience is average.

I lost my closest person on earth in this hospital. I can not forget his face when he needed doctor and nurses to attend but they were either busy gossiping or unavailable. It is the pain I still go through. I still go through that day daily. Doctors and nurses are stone hearted. They won't care if somebody dies. They did not even recommend transfer when they couldn't do anything. No medical equipment or ventilator, no trained staff, all illiterate and dehati staff. Please do not go here. This hospital is a nightmare that I still go through.

At this time I lost my Grandmother My Grandmother's health was critical. When I admitted to this hospital we knew that we can't save them but this hospital will made you fool and extract money for long time as possible. I was in emrgency case, very satisfying , all super specialised doctors are available there, like cardiologist , neurologist etc. Behaviour of all staffs are professional.. Now my patient is well and I am satisfy from glocal hospitals team..

I was picked up from my residence, by an ambulance despatched by Glocal Hospital Bhagalpur, on 13th August 2022 when I found myself in utter discomfort and unable to bear the excruciating pain due to a swollen right knee..........the time lapse between my SOS call and arrival of medical assistance was less than 25 minutes. Once in the hospital, I was promptly attended to by the expert team of medical officer and paramedics. All the prescribed pathological and radiological tests were conducted promptly and medication started straightaway. I started feeling relief from niggling discomfort from next day on and the reassuring words from the Orthopedic Surgeon helped soothe the agony of my family as well........they were relieved to know that there was no reason to refer me to a higher medical care facility. I was discharged from the hospital on 29th August (A/N) after complete recovery, with necessary advice and medicine. It's been a month since & I'm doing fine. So thought of penning down my experience and express my immense satisfaction with the quality of medical care, house keeping & laundry service, food & hygiene, professional conduct of paramedic and GD staff and above all the yeoman service being rendered by the Management Team led by the affable Business Head. May God be with you in your growth & reach and all future endeavours; want to see this pride of Bhagalpur render exemplary services in the world of medical care in times to come.
