It's part of Ravindra bhavan . Idea was to convert it to garden but people are using this land for farming. Mostly vegetable are grown by locals. Place of historical importance. Named after Nobel prize winner Ravindranath tagore. It's is believe that during his stay in bhagalpur , he stayed at this place and wrote some parts of his world famous work "Gitanjali". You have walk near 100 stairs to reach the top. At present it also holds some department of tilkamanjhi bhagalpur university. A marvel , beautiful art of modern India. It's is just situated outside Tilkamanjhi university campus. There are two ways to go at this place. Due to its position at high places and no roads lead to the top your only option is to go by walking. From the top mesmerising view can also be seen.
