I wish I could give negative review. Very pathetic service. Staff behaviour is very rude. I visited lab for dexa scan and did the payment through card but suddenly dexa machine stopped working due to technical fault. They said it will 2-3 days to get the machine working. I simply asked for the refund and they started their Nonsense drama. They said we will refund you but it will take 15 days. i asked give me in writing that you have initiated the refund but they refused. I asked for their manager but they said no one os allowed to talk to manager. They will inform account department and refund will be initiated. Its been 5 days and I haven't got the refund yet. Now they are not responding on phone also. My hometown is 300km away from patna and its not possible for me to go there and stay for few days to get the refund. Now I am left with no choice but to file a police complain which I will definitely do. Guys, be aware of such incidents before going to hospito india next time.

Eyerything is nice but we came for ct scan before that we have to do blood test they told report will come after 1 hr but we waited 2 hr 30mins report didn:t came then we talk to them politely but they started arguing specially the ladies staff at blood test counter . Now they told to wait 1 hr more.still waiting........😡😡😡

They are fraudsters, I got MRI done on 1 March 2021, Everytime my MRI had taken 30-45 mins, but this time they have done it in 8-10 mins. Also, I consulted all the doctors , and all of them said that this report is not accurate. Now they are not ready to listen and saying "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT" . I am going to file a case on the management and hospital if my issue is not going to be resolved as this is the matter of life.

Test that are done: MRI, CT Scan, X Ray, Ultrasound, Color Doppler, Echo and Pathology is available. Well if doctors were punctual I would have given 4 star. Doctors here are always late and carry an attitude " jisko nhi rukna fees wapis kr do" statement by Dr. Y R Kapoor. So time management is very poor here.

Better you go goverment lab, they dont have value the time...we go pvt clinc to save time and effort...but you have spend a lot time.. so better u go govt lab... it will atleast save u money.. Zero , Big Zero Another update- i got the report yesterdayand went to doctor to show the same, now they have given incorrect report and i came back here correct the same now they are saying it will take 2 days to correct the report coz tomorro is sunday. I came here for MRI. Suggest everyone not to go here... Staff are completlly in inefficiant.. just coz they are in medical service thet are serviving.. BIG ZIRO...

Worst services. You have to wait 3 hrs. For MRI. Staff behavior is very rude. AC is not working .when asked to staff, they replied :what can I do? Never go to Hospito India. Mismanaged by managed person.No one here to listen your problem. Also see the pic of drinking water facility.

Little bit difficult to find because it is somewhat inside from main road and no public vehicle or autos go there so you have to go by foot or by own vehicle. Apart from this everything is good. Parking is available. Every type of tests are done here. 3tesla MRI machine is available here. Pricing is also not high. For all type of blood test price is 1800 approx. Staffs are rude. Waiting hall is available and it is for approx 20 to 25 people. They take 12 hrs to 24 hrs for report. A good thing is that they also send report on your mobile. You can download your report through their website which is very good. UPI payment is not accepted here which is bad in my opinion but card payment is accepted. Overall average experience

Time taking. Keep 3-4 Hours for the test to be done. Reports can be collected in evening only or next day by evening.

Booked for MRI. I was asked to wait. 1 hour 30 minutes passed and reception is not able to inform when it will be done. I came here yesterday to get an MRI scheduled, but Was informed that there was no need to schedule. I don't know what the problem is in advising if it is going to take time. What benefit they are going to make your customers wait without giving any probable time. I understand there can be delays, but at least inform that as per queue it is going to take this much hours or days. Very bad Management. Waste of time, which otherwise could be used only by knowing wait time.
