No complaints about the products...just had a very bad experience as they fixed the price of silver and committed for silver coins gifts boxes to be delivered some day after Diwali and we were in continuous touch with them and at the end they denied telling that they don't have the products ready and also denied to provide us the silver coins on the prices we fixed..so really felt that there is no customer relationship and they are not trustworthy as they don't keep their words..and in such lockdown position I was left with no option..this is for purnea branch
