Third class facility, you have to go there pay the fee and then appointment will be given, for your turn you will have to wait for hours. The question is do they have any ethics? For 5 minuye session you will charge money but will you reembirsre the people who are wasteing their productive hours waiting in your hospital. Is it ok to make pragnent women sit there for hours? Will never recommend Arc Hospital to anyone...

first of all my opinion for this place is pathetic! Because one of my diagnosis was done wrong. But a drastic change in the story came, when i went for asking about the thing that went wrong, and the reply by the staffs was very much polite, and helpful! this place is cleanest in Bhagalpur region, with having technological advancements and i must prefer to have your tests done at this place!

Please don't go there, hospital have JHOLA CHHAP doctor, Dr. Archna (radiologist) doesn't have proper knowledge about subject. She is money minded, my wife visited for ultrasound, Dr. Archna did wrong side test and also given wrong report, when my wife objected, Dr Archna demanded another 800 rupess for actual side.

Very bad experience. No AC in the waiting lobby.. it's feels very suffocating. Staffs are ill mannered and ruthless towards patients. Very poor management.

Rude employees.. huge mismanagement.. costly.. unhelpful system... All in all pathetic.. I am sick and I shall remain so to keep them in business.. harassing..

Card/ Online payment not accepted on counter. Billing staff behaviour was very rude. Worst experience.
