Extremely pathetic service. Staff is super impatient, insensitive and unprofessional. I don't know why they are in so much hurry to get the job done. Never coming back here. I have cuts on my entire eyebrow and one eyebrow is thinner than the other. Never had such a horrible eyebrow experience in the last 10 years. Also, washrooms are not clean and proper hygiene is not maintained in this salon. Matrix is far better!

Fancy saloon with a very average service. I had my haircut and beard retouch over here. I found it very expensive in terms of their services. The hairdressers are in a rush and there is a lack of satisfactory element throughout the process. Atmosphere is good, but services could be a little better at this price point.

After searching for the right saloon for me I landed here with a friend as he guided me to Fashion world .After that I have a introduced this saloon to a lot of my friends just because this place gives really nice haircut ,hair washes and lots of other treatments . I am always happy to get my hair cut done here as I am very particular about my hair and very few people are able to cut my hair as I want because I have long and curly hair . They are reasonably priced and all my friends who I have taken here have always been happy . There is a lot of parking on the main road and you can walk in after parking . If you have a two wheeler you can park it inside the premises .

Had a wonderful experience, extremely kind and professional staff.. the salon full of extremely talented hair artist. I loved their work and the way they attend their every client is extremely appreciable.. I get my hair services done by Varun ji . Varun and his team did my hair services and they did an amazing job..good job guys ♥️. Very friendly staff..Girls also do a great job. Neha does a lot of facials.. felt very relaxed.. Highly recommended..best salon in dharamshala.

The barber was quiet skilled... Went for a shave and hair cut .. however one star less due to the fact that they don't have any packages for couples... Which really is just a question of good marketting and services...

Had gone there with my wife... Thought I will get a hair cut while waiting for her. By far the worst service. The guy was literally hitting my head with the clippers. Was not bothered to clean the fallen hair off me. I cancelled my shave and thought head massage would be safer. Unprofessional hitting of the head is what I got for five minutes .. no... Though my wife's experience was much better... Will definitely convince her to skip this place in future.... I wanted to give zero stars but one is the limit. I think the guy was in bad mood or something but then that should be sorted out inhouse by the manager... We as spontaneous customers require simple and elegant service ... Nothing more nothing less.

I have had my make up done for a family wedding! It turned out great, had an amazing experience with Ali. He is a complete package. He did make up, hair and got done nail extensions too. You would really love it! Highly recommended 100%

It was the worst experience and i wont recommend anyone for availing their services. My bride came from a different city and requested for bridal makeup at the banquet hall. She was given the assurance that even if they send a team her make up will he the best. But they completely spoiled her look. They had sent the least experienced person in their team to do the makeup who couldn’t do even a single thing with perfection. We also arranged 4 party makeups and they were so disappointed with the makeup that they had to washup their face after make up. The saloon was only concerned about payment and how much extra money they could make. Highly disappointed with their service.

I have been a regular at fashion world on and off for last 9 years. They have always been consistent with their services but when I moves back from the city, I was not aware if anyone around offer nail services. Not only they catered to the request, they delighted me by the amazing job done on my nails ! Highly recommend fashion world to everyone! Also the staff is very courteous.
