I am very impressed. And that receptionist. He was so enthusiastic... Couple must visit this place... Really this hotel has very nice rooms with beautiful location and nice decor. I liked the attentive service of the staff and quality food with good service. A perfect place to stay with peace and enjoy your trip or holidays

The hotel's in a very accessible area which allows you to easily explore the Dalhousie main market (5km away) and other places nearby. But it still has a good view of lush green forests around. The hospitality here is fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The front desk was very helpful. The decor and ambiance are pretty aesthetic and clean. And they've got all these extra perks like a conference room, a pool for those chill vibes, and a meeting hall for getting stuff done. When it comes to food they've got everything from Chinese to Continental to Indian. Taste and quality is very nice and there's something for everyone. Will definitely recommend to go with family. Overall a very good experience for us.

Room is very neat and clean. Any kind of issue, service team resolved the same immediately. I raised the complaint to enable regional language DtH service and same was enabled immediately. Coming to food, in ground floor excellent buffet is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Daily buffet is getting change and all items are really hot, healthy and tasty. Overall, the stay is very good. I definitely recommend this for everyone who really need comfortable.

It was a lovely stay. Very friendly staff. Nishu at the reception helped with suggestions for travelling, shopping and clicked great pictures. It was amazing and well taken care of i stayed there for 02 nights i was away from my friends but hotel staff made me feel like a new family which i have made. comfortable, caring and it was overwhelming.
