Location and construction wise it is good but staff are highly unprofessional. Please clear all the policy regarding changes you want and the cancellation in written before giving booking amount. Once you cancel the booking they will keep false promising and will take a month long time to return your amount. Meanwhile they won't receive call or will not reply to messages. Staff do not have internal coordination regarding your booking or cancellation. So make sure about each policy and their TnC in written then only go for it.
