It's been almost three weeks post my ICL Surgery from Cure Sight Laser Centre. I can see very clearly without the glasses now after so many years. It's feels super awesome. Worst girls staff ever I have seen in this clinic. Rather focusing on their practice, all the girls were more interested in gossiping their stuff. They are not at all professionals, even two girls started giving oil massages in front of patients. Since doctor was not there, nobody’s willing to give explanation about my report, they were convincing each other to explain me what is there in my report. I traveled 3 hours from Palanpur specifically get my eye checkup as per docs instructions, i was being told by doctor that he’s there and by the time I reached, their staff told, he’s already left. Very disappointed with their service. I would not recommend anyone or prefer to go there.

I did my vision correction with contura vision from here and the results are fantastic! Hi everyone, Here I would like everyone to say that don't go here for any surgery. Doctor and staffs are very rude especially when you are in operation theater you don't know what happens with you. They even put the wrong dimensions in the system due to that I got my number within 1 month. How is this possible? When I asked to the doctor he taught me the mathematical calculation and tried to hide his fault. Also I am feeling stress in my right eye when I go outside without goggles. I suggest everyone if you are going for any surgery, go with a condition ( any of your family member will come with you in operation theatre and will check that they are adding the right dimensions(eye numbers ) into the system or not. This is not a major surgery .

I got my lasic eye surgery done at Dr. Parimal’s Desai in April 2022. It was countura vision surgery. My surgery was performed with utmost care, compassion, and patience. All the staff was super friendly & not at all rude. The doctors (Aditya Desai and Parimal Desai) are really cooperative. Even today, if I have any problem, they respond and give consultation very patiently. They have latest machines as well for all surgeries. I live in Mumbai but I got my surgery done here. I highly recommend getting your lasic done here.

May be u guys did 2 lakh operations and got many awards, but that's true ur patient satisfaction level is very low. Even i did my Lasik and got my number back with in 3 years and still facing many complications after Lasik. Dr parimal specific told me forget about glasses and contact lenses Lasik is permanent solution. Now i am wearing glasses again. Before operation Falguni told if u got ur power back which will never happen, in case it happen we did free Lasik again at any time. after Lasik I found in report, Lasik is free only within 5 years. You guys did too much fake commitment with patients, I check this with ur multiple patients. Its not recommendable place for Lasik. After Lasik if u face any issue they will not provide you any solution except eye drops.

I had my LASIK Contoura Surgery last year and the results are excellent. You will experience the blur vision a few times for several months. They won't suggest you anything for exercise or food. It was my first ever operation in my life. I was nervous but the doctors handled it well. I have seen a kid having surgery which gave me the courage. He was not even seated quietly but doctors are really well experienced and hard working. The only thing i am disappointed with is as there are a large number of patients sometimes you will feel like it is a government office or shop. You have to go to a number of rooms when they announce your name from reception. When the payment is done you will be treated like someone else. The compounder even forgot to give me the second dose of eye drop. I had to remind her a few times. The waiting for lasik on the day allotted to you is quite a lot. You will have to spend the whole day there just for 1-2 hrs work. No online appointment is possible here. The specs given after the surgery are not of the best quality as it can prevent your eyes from wind but not direct light. And the plastic they used is not of the even thickness, it feels like vision is being blurred due to those glasses. When the one year has been completed and they took the readings which were not even displayed to me... Even after i asked them. That made me feel disappointed as there was no personal care.

I was referred to Dr. Parimal Desai by no less than 3 other ophthalmologists who claimed he was the best for ICL (IMPLANTABLE COLLAMER LENS) ...and they were right !! I had ICL surgery done on both eyes (about a day part) in Feb 2019. I can see the same world right after surgery and after 3/5 years onwards!!. Dr. Desai is a true gem of a doctor! He is very knowledgeable, walked me through every step of the surgery and made me feel so comfortable. Coolest thing about him he takes the time to truly listen, give you advice, opinions, suggestions, and has a very open mind. Dr. Desai has performed Lasik surgery on my sister both eyes and she has full visions. His staff is excellent and courtesies including his son Dr. Aditya Desai. Thank you Mrs. Falguni taking care of me on my last visit (2022) . We visit Dr. Desai once in a year for a follow up. Me and my family will always be eternally grateful to Dr. Desai for his constant care and support at that difficult time and beyond.

Very bad facilities for patients they call patients alone in check up & OT both even not allow one Family member atleast. Even we have book at 1.30pm as they give time they take for OT around 3.00pm after discuss receptionist they straight away took patient for OT as this situation we can clearly say they don't care patient time at all

Had laser surgery 10 years ago , Dr was promising to everyone that laser surgery is very Successful and the Person will not have the eye numbers again and. Will not have Glucoma ( motiyo) in the future I have the eye number again after 8 years , other Dr told me that there was a error while performing the laser surgery and laser surgery is not 100% successful, 50% of the peoples have been having numbers again after few years of having laser eye surgery . Dr. Should tell all the patient that they might got the eye number in future . Worst management I have ever seen , they have lots of stand but don’t know how to manage. Unnecessary wasting of time. Highly recommend to consult the other clinic.

This Clinic my have got Profound and Educated Doctor but wonder what process is used to manage the patient priority!!! 2.5 hours of waiting and still no turn. Certain other Patients came after us got the chance!! After complaining for three times they realised asked whether we got our turn!!! Still waiting... Doctor's review may come atleast when we get chance to meet... 😒

Some day before Diwali i received a Post from this hospital and they're saying there free off cost check up eyes so i have my left eye -11 right eye -14 number so my family decide about surgery but when i see this post me and my father think we save some money from chek up and we will use it on surgery then we ready for go..from my Village to ahemdabad is 400km and when we reach there staff give me form and say fill it after the say to me ....you need to give us 800 rs about some charges i told him so why you are doing advertisement about free chek up and after they chek my eyes there is something werd staff when i rech 22 number room one off doctor check my number and in just one minute he chek my number and didn't ask me i can see all words from picture just chek and write then im disappointed and after we going to doctor Parimal Desai They Told Us (ICL) Surgery And after hear surgery cost i been shocked 200000 Lakh + 2500 chek up Im just what is this like then is Call Eye7hospital Delhi Which is famous hospital in india There is doctor Rahil choudhry and they are tell there is only 175000 includ chek up. im so disappointed by Cure sight Hospital this is my honest review for all who think there is a free chek up ...free ke nam par sab bas aaapko bewakoof banate hai
