I
am
happy
I
chose
Shiva
Tattva
by
chance
because
my
other
school’s
coordinator
person
knows
the
owner
here.
They
gave
me
a
place
to
stay
the
month
leading
up
to
my
training
and
provided
drop-in
classes
that
I
rarely
took
because
I’d
rather
explore
and
nap?!
It
was
better
for
my
mental
health
and
keeps
me
happy
and
fed
most
days.
I’ve
noticed
I’m
more
active
and
happy
but
it
can
shift
back
easily
especially
back
home
so
I
plan
to
continue
with
one
of
the
teachers
here
but
not
for
sure
yet,
adding
also
pranayama
and
daily
walks
as
well
as
meditation
to
my
weekly
schedule.
Getting
up
earlier
now
too!
I
was
a
bit
frustrated
with
communication
at
times
like
not
advising
other
teachers
for
absences
haha
But
food
is
lovely,
the
teachers
very
nice
(although
some
seem
lacking
in
energy
and
motivation
perhaps
because
of
how
things
were
with
our
batch
with
lots
of
different
opinions
on
what’s
offered
in
comparison
to
other
schools.
The
staff
also
had
a
lot
of
opinions
that
they
shared
amongst
themselves
so
not
always
the
best
environment.
The
teachers
were
knowledgeable
in
that
they
shared
even
on
Ayurvedic
medicine
and
provided
a
general
analysis
of
my
personality
and
mindset
now
based
on
my
drawings.
I
wish
they
provided
more
modifications
and
gave
us
more
practice
working
on
alignment
and
giving
hands-on
adjustments
to
other
students
not
just
in
alignment
class
maybe
some
teamwork
during
class
times.
I
think
dissecting
one
of
the
teacher’s
lessons
would
have
been
useful
as
well
but
it
all
worked
out
with
the
two
teaching
classes
we
had
the
chance
to
do
as
our
exam!
Beautiful
space
to
practice
in
(although
the
main
hall
was
given
to
200
hour
students)…
I’m
making
use
of
it
these
last
few
days!
Come
here
and
you’ll
love
the
fish
who
are
getting
fatter.
A
colourful
addition!
Wonderful
view
from
the
balcony
and
I
love
the
yellow
curtains
in
my
room
that
makes
it
light
up
with
the
sun.
Good
rest
is
necessary
to
keep
you
going
for
a
month
with
full
7-8
hours
a
day
so
three
hours
of
asana!
A
lot
required
mindset
shifts
but
the
staff
were
very
supportive
on
my
yoga
journey
and
guiding
me
to
more
positive
and
supporting
comments
to
myself
and
healthier
affirmations
that
led
me
to
completing
my
300
hour
training
(there’s
just
my
philosophy
exam
left)…
I
am
feeling
good
before
I
leave
for
my
friend’s
retreat
centre.
Certainly
made
some
good
friends
or
business
partner
haha
loved
my
experience
and
being
pushed
to
not
be
lazy
and
to
keep
a
routine
although
sometimes
to
it
seems
more
than
my
max!
