Our driver mr. Goldy. He was very cooperative with all of us. Goldy always wanted to offer the best service for us and to make our trip as safe and comfortable as it could be. We felt very good with his calm, nice behaviour and his excellent driving experience. Mr.karnail the owner of go travel guru was very cooperative. Please do not book their vehicles. They scam tourists by sending photos of new vehicle and after booking and payment they send us an old traveller with broken arm rest ,seats and when we told them to change the vehicle and give us the booked vehicle they kept on giving reasons. Their owner karnal is very rude and doesnt know how to talk to customers and tries to scam people.These guys behaved very rude and inappropriately with us and their driver rinku would irritate you with angry talks and unuseful suggestion. Their drivers are not knowledgable about places in shimla and manali and they run a tourist business. On top of that they stop vehicle before airport to harass us so that we are late for our flight and try to complete their payment even after scamming us. We almost missed our flight because of this. They delibrately made a 6 hour journey to a 10 hour journey to irritate us by taking frequent stops on petrol pumps to fill diesel. Scam alert Everyone !!!

We had booked the Mimi Volvo from Chandigarh to Jaipur and the journey was very good and comfortable , driver was so cool and well trained and very humble it was great experience fro 3 days trip by road.
