Ordered cake for birthday of my Son. Worst cake and worst customer service. We throw away the cake in dustbin so you can imagine the quality of cake. Also cartoon pictures were supposed to be printed on cake but smart bakers put a card board print out on it. I won't recommend brown bakers to any of my friend or relatives.

The staff and owner are very polite, professional and have a gentle way of dealing with clients and gives us the premium quality of cakes. Prices are also very genuine and they also give special discounts. I highly recommend this place for ordering cakes for your loved ones.

...I don't know what's wrong but beware they will deny your order after you talk to them...once you ordered from zomato . ..they will give you simple cake.....pathetic service....only money making people....

Had seen ambience and appearance and seemed pretty promising. So, had ordered red velvet pastry through zomato. Didn't look like red velvet though and had a lot of added colours so much that it stained our fingers. Taste was also not that good. Did not expect such a poor quality.
