Went to this place pre covid a couple of times and the food used to be really good. Now its downright pathetic with everything in the menu being a complete disaster. Save your time and skip it.

Awesome food. Super expensive but quality and taste is top notch. Must have items Rann, Seekh Kebab... Also take a stroll around the garden , mini lake...

Had lunch in Patra by Jaypee Greens but nothing like 5 star. Waiters do not how to serve , even in whole restraurant there was 2 waiters only. Food is good but service is very average. Even they did serve water till 20 mins. Price is very high but service is low.

Excellence in all aspects. I am a hotelier and have dined in few restaurants myself. Paatra doesn't only delight you with the spot on food taste, presentation and quality, but also with service, ambience and everything else. Highly recommended

An average eatery in a 5 star hotel that too they claim is their best. First You are served with popadum basket and chutney's , and beleive me it's their best dish. We ordered bhuni chaat which turned out to be lazily cut fruits coated with high spices ,not at all advisable for any age group,unless you want to challenge your intestine spice limit. Then we ordered paneer ke panse in which the paneer was not at all fresh. We also ordered tomato shorba and garlic naan which was above average. The service was clumsy and average. It seems the chef and server need 3 months refresher training on their jobs and are to be told that they working for a five star at Delhi NCR.

The resort ambience is good but the food in restruant is tasteless and very costly. Over priced dishes and the service is very slow and not upto the mark. Not worth it.

Serves Indian cuisine, specifically North Indian food, but this joint is grossly overrated. For a 7 star hotel resort, the food here is a big let down. All the razzmatazz of this hotel doesn't compensate for the average food served. Make sure you ask the staff to serve hot rotis and naans. Try to finish of the Indian breads as quickly as possible else they will turn into rubber bands.

If there was a zero star I would have given that. Being our anniversary we thought of take away from Paatra but much to our disappointment we got the wrong food. The manager refused to listen to anything and was continuously arguing. He was ready to replace one dish but refused on the other.A dinner to remember.

Dear all Kindly avoid if possible , taste is below below the average We tried veg & non veg but , bakwaas taste .

The ambience is Subtle yet elegant,there's a good view of the golf course in front. The starters were good, the koftas not do much. The paneer was okish. Prices are obviously high but the ambience outside makes it worth it.

The overall dining experience is amazing! Right from the service to the food. The flavours are very well balanced, in fact I would go to the extent of saying this is one of the top few places in NCR when it comes to their flavouring. The ambience is soothing with very light music playing in the background that does not disrupt conversations which is an issue in most other places in the NCR.

Food is quite decent to taste so complaints on this front. However while ordering bear in mind that food will almost always reach you cold and will need reheating. Packing is also not tamper proof and the person delivering the food can easily open the food containers. Not expected at all when you order from a Hotel like this.

Seems to be on a downward spiral. Or it could be the effect of low occupancy. Drinks came one by one and quite staggered. It took a generous amount of time to get the drinks on the table. Food was good. Excellent in fact. I would like to complement the chef for the finger licking food.
