The project is on completion for the last 10 years and would be the same for next 10 years. Builder is a complete fraud. Sub standard finishing of flats. Ducts are open. The parking area is yet to be built. Unsafe for kids and even fatal for adults. People are selling off their flats at lower rates. 1.5km inside the main road. No facilities around. Don't think of buying here. Also their standard statement when you go to complain about your problems: "aap logon ko khush hona chahiye kii hum chorr kar nae bhaage" (you guys should be happy that unlike many builders we didn't abandon the project). Edit: Cracks are getting bigger day by day. Even an easy bang of door can cause walls coming off as in pics. On complaint, they say don't bang doors, use stoppers. But how would someone close a door without banging hard when locks are not fitted well. It takes me to push the door harder to get the door closed. No one is taking responsibility, from people like Mr. Madan, Senior Engineer Harman, Mohit and even the builder shy away when asked to take responsibility for their misdeeds.

In continuation of my previous review 6 months back, i am again sharing my hard thoughts... Dear Friends, Please do not buy any property of Mona Township anywhere in India... They are people who will never respect your hard earned money as everytime they give you fake and false commitment... Since last February,i am paying to bank but they are not ready to deliver their commitment. I have written 100 of emails on their email but no one Bother to respond.... One person (Mr. Harminder Singh) who is attracting the customer with his sweets talks and will take money from you and will never respond to your phone calls. I am going the expose them legally and also on Social media and print media. Their owner never listen to customer problem and never meet the customers.. My money is stuck up with them... My simple words for them is phatetic and shameful service and shameless people Regards Phatetic and Shameful Staaf, My submission kindly do not buy there as they will give lame excuses everytime and there is Staaf Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Harminder who will always give a sweet talk but never deliver their committed words, moreover they will stop responding your phone calls... I have wasted my money, My time and Mental Piece by investing there.... Phatetic and Shameful Staaf and Service. Today, i went to the site at around 6 PM and after looking at me Mr. Mukesh made some wierd expressions and when i had heated discussion with him He RAN Away.... Then I call some Mr. Madan, he was again a superlative Personality, He is saying why you came at 6 PM.... Moreover he disconnected my call without listeynto me completely and without providing me the solution. This is the behaviour of Staaf and now you can judge what would be their commitment level...

Location is nice. Roads are wide enough. Good locality. But price wise on higher side as compare to other builders. Gurdwara nearby disturbing with speakers

A beautifully designed apartment in a very desirable location. This is the kind of fine living-space I associate with the good life in a capital city. The whole experience was superlative - I highly recommend it !...Mona city homes...!!!

Worst society in Kharar (Mohali), no maintenance, no roads, fully dust around residing area, dirty lift always occupied with labours, no parking security. Society fully occupied with labours. Never recommend to anyone atleast for 3 years There is no vegetables, confectionery shops near by. Very hard to living in this society.

Good society, airy flats, inner space of the flats very good. I love this society. I was living in this society 1yr. 10 months.

“MTPL/Mona city homes “ is froud,we booked years ago a food court in there commercial project,the project didn’t even started the construction,that project disappointing and they didn’t give us our money back,it’s been 4-5 years,we’re calling them and visiting the office,but they don’t want to give us our money back.

Affordable properties as compared to others... In sec 115, kharar landran road, mohali. You can find high rise and low apartments in this gated society

Final dealing staff is very bad I want to buy flat even token amount is given to the dealer they refuse to sold flat even want to gave them two other references Very bad experience

i dont find anything good here.executive hs no proper knowledga.no marking or direction on the approaching roads.no sign boards.park is too small for all the residents.they r not giving wardrobes,modular kitchen etc.thats why price is less.

This is the best society in Kharar and around Chandigarh. Society is known for cleanliness, security and ambience. Flats are spacious, best constructed, and furnished. No trespassing is allowed. Common areas are well lit, regularly cleaned.

Affordable property with newly built inner roads, Project is located in sec 115 Mohali. Possession given as promised.. Society looks!!! Amazing at night when all the street lights are ON.. Living here is a bliss... Nice & Educated crowd...

Only the Flat's layout is superb so far, the rest of the amenities are yet too far from approach recent rains have cut off the society completely due to water logging at JTPL Main road. No efforts by JTPL or MTPL authorities for dewatering the areas. Construction work will continue for 2-3 years more. After-sales service or maintenance is not up to the mark as compared to the money paid for it. Hope soon the builders gear up and try to finish the amenities in the society and the towers already completed may be finished first with all facilities so that we can say positive about the society. Whereas, the work is so scattered in the towers that it seems we will be seeing the constructions and semi-furnished towers for years.

Has a lot of issues after sales, so better to study the project well before investing. Not the best of amenities in this society, unprofessional after-sales maintenance only the sales team is good for this project.

Hello Folks , I am writing this post after loosing all my patience of past 2+ years. April 2021 I booked the 3 BHK flat and I was been promised that I would get the possession not later than 6 months , I kept on following up with the sales team and Finally during August 2023 after 2 years I was been told that the flat is almost ready and we can go for possession. I told them to allow 2 weeks of time so that I can ready the registration fees and they can get the flat ready so that I can move in soon after the Possession, however they kept all the work on hold just because I deplayed for 2 weeks . Later in Sept I did the registration and the work was still pending for which I had to follow up every single day by calling , visiting the site . In Nov 2023 I moved in with my family and I was been promised that the remaining installation of RO , Chimney, Gyser , Wall papers and Exhausts would be installed within 2 days . Again several follow ups were made but no one is ready to pick up the call . No one is available at the sales office . The maintenance team has took 1year advance of maintenance but I have a broken glass in the hall arear thru balcony and nobody is ready to repair or replace it . The feedback is really very Pathetic .

Mona city homes new flat is so spacious on genuine rate in landarn road rather than other project staff is so good I finales the deal and I’m so happy to be part of MTPL group

Don't even think of buying a flat here, I had booked my 4BHK Before covid (2018) and I'm yet to get it, the project is a complete mess, I would suggest you to file a case as I have done the same and I've yet to recieve anything from their end. Complete waste of time and money had I kept the money in bank I would have got good returns but I've only seen loss overall

Reaching this spot or searching if you are going for the first time is a pain in the bum. Google maps will suggest you the worst possible way to reach. Very expensive considering the location. I don't live here so cannot say much about management.
