This hospital is a tragic joke in the name of whole medical industry. All they care is about how much money they can rip off the patient's pocket. 💰 My personal experience: my patient was a clear cut case of kidney infection, and was referred by a nephrologist from Saharanpur yet the doctors here tried to make it a case of diabetic neuropathy and wanted to conduct a LP which was not only unnecessary at that moment but putting patient's life in danger by making her UT/kidney infection delayed. They asked for a hefty amount to be deposited before they start the process of LP and thats where I realised that it's all fishy and I got my patient discharged immediately. Not to be surprised they didn't like it and didn't even give me other test reports. Highly unprofessional!

My father was covid positive and admitted to this hospital. The doctors here are literally waiting for patient to die. My father even saw patients dying in front of him. They told us to bring medicine named fabiflu for his treatment but that medicine was not given to him . The doctors here dont know how to treat covid patients . They are just keeping money given by gov to them and not treating people. Patients are not even provided pillows . Medicines are not given to them . Doctors wait for patients to die. Fortunately we shifted him to another hospital and he recovered . Otherwise his condition would have been worse if left in this hospital . I would recommend u to never go to this hospital.

No knowledge among doctors. My father is admitted here. He is covid positive and getting difficulty in taking oxygen. Then after communicating with Doctor Dinesh (handling covid ward patients) they said MMU dont provide CT scan for covid positive patient and also first two days of admitting they didn't not given them any medicines nor do treatment for first two days .Hell they wait for patient to get in worse condition such a illeterate doctors. They don't proper take of patient. I referred to some other hospital but even after that my father died ,kash m kbhi mullana ata hi nhi . It's my biggest mistake in life.

Good hospital and doctors also good but OT ward management not good

New building ct scan brain they took too much time to provide report. 3rd class service... Patient name jagtar, age 33, date of ct scan is 1 October 2020. In ct scan staff there are No one, who takes responsibility for this..

Doctors are good. But departmental coordination is worst. Not recommended at all.

Oncology radiotherapy ward 3 washroom and ward not proper clean

Worst hospital ever!!!!!!! Went to this hospital for emergency twice,different days and i had the most worst experience in the emergency room,didn’t get the treatment we asked for and the doctor who was duty there look at me without even checking anything,she said “u are normal/u are fine” as if i dont have any problem.Who would go to the emergency if i dont have pain/problem in my body.And i was talking to my brother complaining how the doctor talk to me,the doctor came and said to me that “yeahh argue with me what is your problem “ like what kind of doctor talks to the patient that way !!!! She was so rude and we went home without even getting treatment because the doctor duty refused to give treats to me such a disgusting experience!!!

My experience is thee month here Osm experience and not a tall..

I went to MM Hospital for MRI of RIGHT Proximal HALF OF TIBIA on 31 August 2022, which was the requirement of ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON of Rotary Hospital Ambala Cantt with Refferal No :- 00370000148051 ECHS Polyclinic : Ambala Category: Cashless. But I am sorry to say that the staff at ECHS counter prepared the OP bill - Cum - Receipt for MRI KNEE JOINT (SINGLE) PLAIN. Refferal copy along with receipt was shown to the staff doing MRI. When I got the report and same was shown to Orthopaedic Specialist in Rotary Hospital on 06 Sep 2022. He said what I asked for and MM Hospital Radiology Department has focused only on right knee. Thus it was useless going from Ambala Cantt to MM Hospital for MRI. My two days were also wasted one day for getting MRI done and another day for taking the report. So I will not recommend anyone going to MM Hospital for MRI. Corrective action required at appropriate level. Now I am forced to spent Rupees 4,500/- from my own pocket for getting another MRI of 2 Stage. So my side very very poor service by MM Hospital staff.

Staff is highly negligent and don’t bother for the patient. A public hospital like culture is maintained with focus only on volumes and not at quality of treatment. Avoid.

As we know it’s private hospital but there is no cleaning like others hospitals gmch 32 sector or gmch 48 sector or rotary club in ambala these are government hospitals but if you will go inside u will feel good nd better then m m hospital mullana so moral is if you guys can’t handle cleaning please change your admin staff or your cleaning staff if you thinking it’s just a fake review please visit to radiology ward where 4 rth stage patients admitted nd check the cleaning level of your hospital they only clean it before dr visit then they forgot about it that they have work to doo so kindly please visit evry wards nd check out cleaing level of your hospital if u are getting fees of 80 lakh from mbbs so please use it somewhere to clean your hospital thankyyou

Very bad facility.....even ultrasound room b-35 open on 10 am and close at 1 pm....

CT scan department very un responsible...waiting for report 2& 3 days..painfull service

They will not look after the patient and believe me go somewhere else they will let your loved ones die infront of you no doctor will be there just interns doing their practice on emergency ward I lost my father like this cried and begged to look after him even he was taking breath they still announced him dead, it’s a humble request to all please look these services somewhere else.

Dr behaviour is good. All facilities are good but here and there is no canteen in night
