I am a trekking guide and I had some issue with my left foot. Somehow it was swelling for no reason. No recent history of sprain or any kind of trauma. After visiting and trying multiple hospitals (even popular once), there was no progress. Did MRI, this and that and what not. I was so frustrated and was close to surgery, as per the suggestion of the doctor I was visiting.There’s where Dr.Amir and team Aashas came it. Dr. Amir has a wonderful approach to his patients. He also looks into the mental aspect as well. My severe sciatica problem was impressively tackled by the team at Aashas. My brother and uncle now frequently visit the clinic on my recommendation.

I rarely ever leave any reviews on here but I have felt the need to let people know how good this place has been for me. After an unfortunate accident while riding my mountain bike up in the hills of Kathmandu, I was recommended to visit Aashas Health Care by a fellow mountain biker. Skeptical at first but to my surprise, I’ve recovered exponentially. The place is convenient for us Lalitpurian’s (We like to call ourselves that) and with only about 15 days of visiting, my injury has healed a lot. The Doctors are well versed on their skill and the staff members have been very welcoming. I don’t wish upon ill health to anyone but if ever any sort of physiotherapy is required, this is the place to be! 💯

The best Physio therapist I have managed to meet while in Nepal Dr Amir . I had chronic pain in my left hip, I could hardly sleep or walk without pain ,but Dr Amir with only 4 sessions he managed to ease my pain to zero.

Aashas health care is the best in town when it comes to physiotherapy with highly trained staffs and high end equipments. Dr Amir and his team have healing touch. I was in a very dire situation with ligament injury. I jumped from one doctor to another with lack of proper diagnosis, was in walker for a month or so, was recommended ACL reconstruction surgery. However, beforehand and to my luck, I landed up in Aashas where my treatment in real terms actually started. A month after physiotherapy, my leg was back to normal without any surgery. I will always be thankful to Dr Amir. A highly recommended place if you have any sports injury and other problems!!

I came to know about the physiotherapy in this center through a relative who had been benefited with the treatment there. Hi! I would like to share my experience with Dr. Neupane at Aashas Health Care . I traveled from India to visit a friend in Kathmandu who introduced me to Dr. Neupane. I had issues of pain & cramps in the abdomen region for a while & there seemed to be no remedy for it. Surprisingly enough,in no time the doctor diagnosed it as a case of post surgical contracture and was willing to treat me . The next couple of weeks was spent in therapy at "Aashas". The complicated and tedious process of scar mobilization along with allied therapies and exercises was handled with care & expertise and brought me relief . Dr. Neupane's sincere, dedicated and compassionate attitude towards his patients is remarkable. The other thing that impressed me was "Aashas" as a therapy center.Their punctuality , cleanliness & hygiene is worth mentioning. I am a retired Pediatrician. I had severe back pain since 18 months and I was taking many analgesics. I had 21 days physiotherapy at this clinic. Now I do not take any analgesics and do not use lumber belt and Posture brace. I am fully satisfied with the service from this clinic. Moreover I recommend for all to take the service from this clinic if they have any Physical Problems.

I wish to express my disappointment with the service. Despite high expectations built by reviews, the actual experience fell short. During my mother's session, the staff appeared preoccupied with tasks rather than addressing the patient's needs. The 10-day program focused primarily on muscle relaxation, lacking emphasis on stretching exercises, and she didn't experience any noticeable recovery. I felt like the focus was on extending service days for profit rather than ensuring a swift patient recovery. Overall, I am not entirely satisfied with the provided service.
